Abstract
【解決手段】表面波共振回路(X1)の作動回路は、静電キャパシタ(Co)と、表面波共振回路(X1)に電圧(Vx)を加える作動回路とを備えている。作動回路は、前記電圧(Vx)が加わえられた前記共振回路(X1)の作動期間の初期に、既定の周波数(Fo)において、前記静電キャパシタ(Co)と協働して共振する反動手段(L3)と、前記既定の周波数(Fo)での発振を決定する受動手段(R3)とを備えている。

Claims (10)
- 静電キャパシタ(Co)を有する表面波共振回路(X1)と、その共振回路(X1)に電圧(Vx)を供給する作動回路とからなる表面波共振回路用作動回路であって、
前記電圧(Vx)が加わえられた前記共振回路(X1)の作動期間の初期に、既定の周波数(Fo)において、前記静電キャパシタ(Co)と協働して共振する反動手段(L3)と、
前記既定の周波数(Fo)での発振を決定する受動手段(R3)とを備えることを特徴とする表面波共振回路用作動回路。 - 前記反動手段(L3)が、前記共振回路(X1)に前記電圧(Vx)を加えてから既定の初期期間(To)後において、該共振回路(X1)の全リアクタンスに比べて無視できる値を有する請求項1に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- 前記受動手段(R3)が、前記既定の初期期間(To)後に、前記共振回路(X1)に前記既定の周波数(Fo)で発振させるようにした請求項2に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- 前記反動手段(L3)がインダクタである請求項1に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- 前記受動手段(R3)が抵抗である請求項1に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- 前記インダクタと前記抵抗とを互いに並列に接続すると共に、前記共振回路(X1)に直列に接続した請求項4及び5に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- もう1個のインダクタ(L1)を通じて供給電圧(Vcc)に接続するコレクタ端子と、もう1個の抵抗(R1)を通じて分極電圧(Vb)に接続するベース端子と、並列に接続された他の抵抗(R2)及びもう1個のキャパシタ(C2)を通じて接地(GND)に連結するエミッタ端子とを有するバイポーラトランジスタ(Q1)と、前記コレクタ端子と前記エミッタ端子との間に設けられた他のキャパシタ(C1)とを備える請求項6に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- 前記キャパシタ(C2)と前記接地(GND)との間に他のインダクタ(L2)を設けた請求項7に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- 前記既定の初期期間(To)が50ナノ秒である請求項3に記載の表面波共振回路用作動回路。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の表面波共振回路(X1)及び作動回路を備えた発振回路。
