Claims (10)
- 遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域であって、
周方向に非対称的に形成され、且つ周方向で異なる角度位置に配置されることが可能である渦型ケーシング(31)と;
周方向で異なる角度位置に配置されることが可能である羽根付きディフーザと;
周方向に分散された状態で配置された複数のガイド要素(21)と;
を有する吐出し領域において、
互いに隣接して配置された二つのガイド要素(21)の角度間隔(α0)が、互いに隣接して配置された他の二つのガイド要素(21)の角度間隔(α1)とは異なること、及び、
前記非対称的に形成された渦型ケーシングの角度位置に対する、前記羽根付きディフーザの位置決めを行うための手段(23,33)が設けられていること、
を特徴とする吐出し領域。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド要素(21)の複数の対は、それぞれ互いに隣接して配置された残りのガイド要素とは異なる角度間隔を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド要素の少なくとも二つの対は、第一の角度間隔(α0)を有し、それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド要素の他の少なくとも二つの対は、第一の角度間隔と異なる第二の角度間隔(α1)を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項3に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置された複数のガイド要素は、同じ角度間隔(α0,α1)をそれぞれ有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項3または4に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
それぞれ同じ角度間隔を備えた対は、異なるガイド要素から組み立てられ、且つ、互いから距離を隔てて配置される。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
互いに隣接して配置されたガイド要素の各対は、それぞれ互いに隣接して配置された残りのガイド要素とは異なる角度間隔を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2から6の何れか1項に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド要素の間の角度間隔は、調和関数に従って、周囲に沿って分布されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
ガイド要素の少なくとも一つは、他のガイド要素とは、流れの方向の長さ(L)、および/または、形状が異なっている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の遠心コンプレッサの吐出し領域:
ガイド要素の少なくとも一つは、他のガイド要素とは、異なる入側角度(βE)および/または出側角度(ΒA)、および/または、異なる入側半径(rE)および/または出側半径(rA)を有している。 - 請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の吐出し領域を備えた遠心コンプレッサによって特徴付けられる排気ガス・ターボ・チャージャ。
