Claims (9)
- 遠心コンプレッサを有する排ガス・ターボチャージャであって、
この遠心コンプレッサは、
周方向に非対称的に形成され、且つ周方向で異なる角度位置に配置されることが可能である渦型ケーシング(31)と;
周方向に分散された状態で配置された複数のガイド・ベーン(21)を備え、周方向で異なる角度位置に配置されることが可能である羽根付きディフーザと;を有し、
互いに隣接して配置された二つのガイド・ベーン(21)の角度間隔(α0)が、互いに隣接して配置された他の二つのガイド・ベーン(21)の角度間隔(α1)とは異なる、
排ガス・ターボチャージャにおいて、
前記非対称的に形成された渦型ケーシングの角度位置に対する、前記羽根付きディフーザの位置決めを行うための位置決め手段(23,33)が設けられていること、
複数のガイド・ベーン(21)の前縁は、すべてが同一の半径の上に配置されていること、
円周に沿った前記渦型ケーシングの角度位置とは無関係に、前記位置決め手段によって、前記羽根付きディフーザは、前記渦型ケーシングに対して円周に沿って意図された角度位置で配置されていること、
を特徴とする排ガス・ターボチャージャ。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項1に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド・ベーン(21)の複数の対は、それぞれ互いに隣接して配置された残りのガイド・ベーンとは異なる角度間隔を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド・ベーンの少なくとも二つの対は、第一の角度間隔(α0)を有し、それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド・ベーンの他の少なくとも二つの対は、第一の角度間隔と異なる第二の角度間隔(α1)を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項3に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置された複数のガイド・ベーンは、同じ角度間隔(α0,α1)をそれぞれ有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項3または4に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
それぞれ同じ角度間隔を備えた対は、別のガイド・ベーンから組み立てられ、且つ、互いから距離を隔てて配置される。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
互いに隣接して配置されたガイド・ベーンの各対は、それぞれ互いに隣接して配置された残りのガイド・ベーンとは異なる角度間隔を有している。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2から4の何れか1項に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
それぞれ互いに隣接して配置されたガイド・ベーンの間の角度間隔は、調和関数に従って、周囲に沿って分布されている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2から4の何れか1項に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
ガイド・ベーンの少なくとも一つは、他のガイド・ベーンとは、流れの方向の長さ(L)、および/または、形状が異なっている。 - 下記特徴を有する請求項2から4の何れか1項に記載の排ガス・ターボチャージャ:
ガイド・ベーンの少なくとも一つは、他のガイド・ベーンとは、異なる入側角度(βE)および/または出側角度(ΒA)、および/または、異なる出側半径(rA)を有している。
