Claims (10)
- 自動変速機を制御するための電子的な制御装置(1)であって、ハウジング内に制御回路(5)と、組み込まれたコネクタ(4)と、組み込まれた位置センサ(6)とが設けられており、該位置センサ(6)が、ステータとロータ(11)とを有している形式のものにおいて、位置センサ(6)のステータが、ハウジングの材料によって定置に取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、自動変速機を制御するための電子的な制御装置。
- ステータが、2つのコイルを有しており、両コイルが、ロータ(11)に設けられた1つのコイルと誘導法により協働するようになっている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- ステータが、センサプリント配線板(9)を有しており、該センサプリント配線板(9)の縁領域(98,97)が、ハウジングのウェブ(7,8)によって定置に取り囲まれている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 位置センサ(6)のセンサプリント配線板(9)の縁領域(97,98)が、クリップウェブ(7,8)によって取り囲まれている、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 位置センサ(6)のセンサプリント配線板(9)が、ハウジング内にハウジング材料の射出成形により埋め込まれている、請求項1または2記載の制御装置。
- ハウジングが、複数の部材から形成されていて、特にベースプレート(2)と、ハウジング中間部材(3)と、カバー(19)とを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。
- センサプリント配線板(9)が、ハウジング中間部材(3)内にハウジング中間部材材料の射出成形により埋め込まれている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。
- ハウジング中間部材(3)とカバー(19)とが、プラスチックから製作されており、ベースプレート(2)が、アルミニウムから製作されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。
- センサプリント配線板(9)の縁領域(97)を取り囲むウェブ(7,8)が、電気的な接着接続部(10)の領域で中断されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置を製作するための方法において、位置センサのステータをハウジング(3)内にハウジング材料の射出成形により埋め込むことを特徴とする、制御装置を製作するための方法。
