Claims (16)
- 窓調節装置システムのための取付け用構造体において、
滑車の一部分を回転可能に受ける空洞部を画定する本体と、
前記本体から離れるように垂下する係合機構であって、前記係合機構は、前記滑車の前記一部分と係合し、前記滑車が前記本体から離れるように動くのを防ぎ、前記係合機構は、実質的に、前記滑車の前記一部分が前記本体から離れるように動くのを防ぐ留め具を有さない、係合機構とを備える、取付け用構造体。 - 請求項1に記載の取付け用構造体において、
前記係合機構が、一体状の構造体を形成するように前記取付け用構造体とともに一体的に形成される、取付け用構造体。 - 請求項2に記載の取付け用構造体において、
前記係合機構が、2つの内向きに面する耳部を備え、前記耳部が、前記空洞部によって受けられる前記滑車の前記一部分の幅より短い距離だけ互いに間隔をあけられている、取付け用構造体。 - 前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の取付け用構造体において、
前記取付け用構造体及び前記滑車が、プラスチック材料で形成される、取付け用構造体。 - 前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の取付け用構造体において、
前記取付け用構造体を前記窓調節装置システムのガイドレールに装着するための別の係合機構をさらに備える、取付け用構造体。 - 窓調節装置システムのための取付け用組立体において、
第1の溝付き部分、及び前記第1の溝付き部分とともに形成される第1の係合機構を有する第1の取付け用構造体であって、前記第1の係合機構が、前記第1の取付け用構造体に対して第1の滑車を受け、かつ、前記第1の滑車の位置を維持するように、前記第1の滑車を摩擦係合するように構成される、第1の取付け用構造体と、
第2の溝付き部分、及び前記第2の溝付き部分とともに形成される第2の係合機構を有する第2の取付け用構造体であって、前記第2の係合機構が、前記第2の取付け用構造体に対して第2の滑車を受け、かつ、前記第2の滑車の位置を維持するように、前記第2の滑車を摩擦係合するように構成される、第2の取付け用構造体と、
前記第1の取付け用構造体と前記第2の取付け用構造体との間に延在する、第1のガイドレールであって、前記第1のガイドレールに滑動可能に装着される第1の窓装着部品を含み、前記第1の窓装着部品が、前記第1及び第2の滑車と係合するように適合されたケーブルに駆動可能に装着される、第1のガイドレールとを備える、取付け用組立体。 - 請求項6に記載の取付け用組立体において、
前記第1の取付け用構造体及び前記第2の取付け用構造体が、一体状の構造体を形成するように車両ドア組立体のパネルとともに一体的に形成される、取付け用組立体。 - 請求項6または7に記載の取付け用組立体において、
前記第1の取付け用構造体及び前記第2の取付け用構造体が、ガラス繊維ポリプロピレン材料で形成される、取付け用組立体。 - 請求項6乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の取付け用組立体において、
前記第1の取付け用構造体または前記第2の取付け用構造体が、別の係合機構を介して前記第1のガイドレールに装着され、前記別の係合機構が、実質的に、前記第1のガイドレールに対する前記第1または第2の取付け用構造体の動きを阻止する留め具を有さない、取付け用組立体。 - 請求項6乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の取付け用組立体において、
第3の溝付き部分、及び前記第3の溝付き部分とともに形成される第3の係合機構を有する第3の取付け用構造体であって、前記第3の係合機構が、前記第3の取付け用構造体に対して第3の滑車を受け、かつ、第3の滑車の位置を維持するように、前記第3の滑車を摩擦係合するように構成される、第3の取付け用構造体と、
第4の溝付き部分、及び第4の溝付き部分とともに形成される第4の係合機構を有する、第4の取付け用構造体であって、前記第4の係合機構が、前記第4の取付け用構造体に対して第4の滑車を受け、第4の滑車の位置を維持するように、前記第4の滑車を摩擦係合するように構成される、第4の取付け用構造体と、
前記第3の取付け用構造体と前記第4の取付け用構造体との間に延在する、第2のガイドレールであって、前記第2のガイドレールに滑動可能に装着される第2の窓装着部品を含み、前記第2の窓装着部品が、前記第3及び第4の滑車とさらに係合するように適合されたケーブルに駆動可能に装着される、第2のガイドレールとをさらに備える、取付け用組立体。 - 請求項10に記載の取付け用組立体において、
前記第1の取付け用構造体、前記第2の取付け用構造体、前記第3の取付け用構造体、及び前記第4の取付け用構造体が、一体状の構造体を形成するように車両ドア組立体のパネルとともに一体的に形成される、取付け用組立体。 - 窓調節装置システムのための取付け用構造体を形成する方法において、
第1の滑車を第1の取付け用構造体の第1の溝付き部分に挿入し、第2の滑車を第2の取付け用構造体の第2の溝付き部分に挿入するステップであって、前記第1の溝付き部分が第1の係合機構を含み、前記第2の溝付き部分が第2の係合機構を含み、前記第1及び第2の溝付き部分が、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2の滑車が前記第1及び第2の取付け用構造体から離れるように動くのを防止する、ステップと、
前記第1及び第2の取付け用構造体を第1のガイドレールに装着するステップであって、前記第1及び第2の取付け用構造体の少なくとも一方、または前記第1のガイドレールが、車両のドア組立体のパネルに装着されるように構成される、ステップとを含む、方法。 - 請求項12に記載の方法において、
前記第1及び第2の取付け用構造体が、一体状の構造体を形成するように前記車両ドア組立体のパネルとともに一体的に形成される、方法。 - 請求項12または13に記載の方法において、
前記第1及び第2の取付け用構造体及び前記パネルが、ガラス繊維ポリプロピレン材料で形成される、方法。 - 請求項12乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記第1及び第2の取付け用構造体を前記第1のガイドレールに装着する前記ステップが、実質的に、機械的な留め具を使用しない、方法。 - 請求項12乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
第3の滑車を第3の取付け用構造体の第3の溝付き部分に挿入し、第4の滑車を第4の取付け用構造体の第4の溝付き部分に挿入するステップであって、前記第3の溝付き部分が第3の係合機構を含み、前記第4の溝付き部分が第4の係合機構を含み、前記第1及び第4の係合機構が、それぞれ、前記第3及び第4の滑車が前記第3及び第4の取付け用構造体から離れるように動くのを防止する、ステップと、
前記第3及び第4の取付け用構造体を第2のガイドレールに装着するステップであって、前記第3及び第4の取付け用構造体の少なくとも一方、または前記第2のガイドレールが、前記車両のドア組立体の前記パネルに装着される、ステップとをさらに含む、方法。
