Claims (29)
- 菓子、食物の廃棄物又は包材、ナプキン、ストローのようなバイオマスなどの有機物質の乾燥設備であって、
a)有機物を投入する開閉可能な充填口及び下面又は側面下方に備えられた開閉可能な乾燥物の排出口を有するミキサー(M)、
b)空気を吸引してミキサー(M)の内部を減圧にするために、前記ミキサーのハウジングの最高充填高さの上方に取り付けられた少なくとも1つの接続用配管に連結された少なくとも1つの真空ポンプ(VP)、
c)有機物を加熱する加熱装置(H)、
d)吸引された空気を冷却するために、真空ポンプ(VP)の排気菅(AL)に連結され、冷却設備(KA)に連結された少なくとも1つの凝縮器(K)、
e)凝縮器(K)の冷却により、吸引された空気を凝縮器(K)内おける冷却により得られた凝縮物を導く排水菅(AW)、
を備えていることを特徴とする有機物の乾燥設備。 - ミキサー(M)は、水平方向に長く、下部が円形状の槽として形成され、両端には上方に伸張した側壁(3、4)を備え且つ該側面の上方には覆い又は円蓋部(6)により気密に封鎖可能な充填用開口部を備えたハウジングを有し、
前記ハウジングの下部には少なくとも1つの排出口(13)を備え、
前記ハウジング内には、少なくとも1方の側壁(3、4)に取り付けられ共通の軸上にそれぞれ独立してか又は連動して駆動される少なくとも1つの外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)及び少なくとも1つの内側の攪拌翼(18、18′;26)を備え、
外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)はハウジング内の所定の方向に混合物を搬送し且つ内側の攪拌翼(18、18′;26)は混合物を外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)と同一方向か又は逆の方向に搬送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。 - 排出口(13)は、ハウジングの側壁(3)又はハウジング又は混合ドラム(25)の側壁域の底部(5)に備えられ、該混合ドラムは台(1)上に載置され且つ/又は貨物車又は排出用容器又はコンベア又は充填装置の上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 排出口(13)は、旋回可能か又は可動の開閉部材により開閉されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 前記開閉装置は、上方の水平な旋回軸受(37)の周りを旋回しトグル式開閉装置(31、32、33、34)により開閉される旋回可能な扉(14)であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 外側の攪拌翼(17)は1翼、2翼又は多翼であり、部分的又は全体が螺旋状に形成され、円形状に形成された混合ドラム(25)の境界を擦るように旋回されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 少なくとも1つの外側の攪拌翼(17)には、その外縁に掻取りブレードとして樹脂製のブレードを備え且つ/又は少なくとも部分的に中空に成形され、その中空部には加熱装置が挿入されるか又は中心に菅継手を有する分配器を介して中空部に加熱装置からの温水が入・排出可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 内側の攪拌翼(18)は、1翼、2翼又は多翼であり、螺旋状又は渦巻き状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 前記螺旋は、部分的な螺旋、全体的な螺旋又は多重螺旋であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 内側の攪拌翼(18)は、軸に固定された複数の舞カッター(26)の少なくとも1つの回転する舞カッター(26)により代替されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 前記内側の攪拌翼又は前記舞カッターは、混合ドラム(25)の内部の一端又は両端の交換ホルダー(27)の前面の軸受部に備えられ、外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)の内部において回転することを特徴とする請求項9又は請求項10に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。

- 混合物を排出するために、内側の攪拌翼(18)又は舞カッター(26)は、回転させずに外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)のみ回転させるか、又は攪拌翼(18、17、17′)を同一回転数で同一方向に回転させて、混合物を螺旋状の攪拌翼(17)から排出口(13)へと移動させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 排出工程中に、内側の攪拌翼(18)を短時間、外側の攪拌翼に対して極めて迅速に回転させることを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 内側の攪拌翼(18)又は舞カッター(26)の駆動機構は、一方向クラッチにより外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)の駆動機構に連結され、共通の駆動機構はハウジング(5)の側壁に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 攪拌翼を一様又は間欠的な回転させる駆動機構を有するモータが備えられていることを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 内側の攪拌翼(18)又は舞カッター(26)の攪拌中の回転数は、外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)の回転数よりも高回転であることを特徴とする請求項8、請求項15又は請求項16に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 外側の攪拌翼(17、17′)の端部は、ハウジングの側壁(3、4)の中心軸又は軸受に備えられたフランジ(22)により連結されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項8に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 前記フランジは中空に形成され、温水の給・排水配管の連結部を介して加熱装置に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 内側の攪拌翼(18、18′)の一方は、全長に渉って伸張し、攪拌翼の端部は少なくとも駆動装置(12)が作用する回転フランジに固定されるか、又は前記内側の攪拌翼は軸(38)上に固定され充填された物体の破砕と同時に所定の方向又は一部を逆の方向へ搬送する舞カッター(26)より構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- ミキサーは、攪拌翼の作用する充填域を備え且つ末端に排出口を有する円筒状の部分が隣接されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 攪拌翼は、鉢状の攪拌ドラム内に配置され、第2の鉢状のカバーに覆われていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし請求項21のいずれか1項に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 加熱装置は、少なくともミキサー(M)のハウジングの底部又は側壁、カバー又は円蓋部(6)及び/又は少なくとも攪拌翼に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 前記加熱装置は、マイクロ波加熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項23のいずれか1項に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 前記加熱装置は、赤外線発生源を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項23のいずれか1項に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 円蓋部(6)に真空度表示器が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- ミキサー(M)に真空ポンプのスイッチ及び空気吸い込み用の弁が備えられ且つ真空ポンプのスイッチが切られた時のみに弁を作動させる制御装置が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 排出口が開放されている間は、真空ポンプ、凝縮器の排水、加熱装置を制御又は停止するロック・スイッチ機構が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
- 真空ポンプ(VP)及び凝縮器の冷却設備(KA)は並行的に開閉されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機物の乾燥設備。
