Abstract
Description
図1は、10ミルPCサンプルの両面上に被覆された、本発明の実施形態におけるダイヤモンド様炭素の図解であり、このダイヤモンド様炭素はPCサンプルの各面上にて120nmのコーティング厚を有する。図1Aは、本発明の実施形態の透明および粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティング(130)の領域を備えたプラスチックフィルム(120)を示す拡大図であり、プラスチックフィルム(120)は1枚の紙上のテキスト(110)に重ねて示されている。図1Bは、プラスチックフィルム(120)上のダイヤモンド様炭素コーティング(130)の領域の下のテキスト(110A)の一部が透明ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティング(130)を通じて見えることを示す、フィルム(120)を通じた図1Aの上面図を示す。

Claims (17)
- 熱可塑性材料および前記熱可塑性材料の1つ以上の表面上の粘着性ダイヤモンド用炭素コーティングを含み、前記粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングは前記熱可塑性材料のヘリウムに対する浸透係数の少なくとも10分の1未満であるヘリウムガスに対する浸透係数を有し、前記ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングは約107から約1014オーム/スクエアの表面抵抗率を有し、前記粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングは約300nmから約1100nmの範囲の前記熱可塑性材料の光透過率よりも0%から70%低い透過率を有する、物品。
- 粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングが、窒素または酸素をさらに含む、ドープ処理されたダイヤモンド炭素である、請求項1の物品。
- 物品が環境感受性基板のための包装材である、請求項1の物品。
- 粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングの表面抵抗率が108オーム/スクエアから1012オーム/スクエアの範囲の表面抵抗率を与える、請求項1の物品。
- 粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングの表面抵抗率が109オーム/スクエアから1012オーム/スクエアの範囲の表面抵抗率を与える、請求項1の物品。
- 粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングが102オーム/スクエア未満である表面抵抗率の変形を有する、請求項1の物品。
- 粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングが101オーム/スクエア未満である各種の表面抵抗率を有する、請求項1の物品。
- 粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングが炭素ピーク、酸素ピークおよび窒素ピークを有するXPSスペクトルを有する、請求項1の物品。
- 前記粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングのXPSスペクトルが約284eVにおける炭素ピーク、約532eVにおける酸素ピークおよび約399eVにおける窒素ピークを含む、請求項8の物品。
- 粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングが、プラズマ、プラズマを含有する反応性ガスまたはコロナ放電、酸素含有プラズマによってさらに処理されて、親水性粘着性ダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングが形成される、請求項1の物品。
- 物品が基板キャリアである、請求項1の物品。
- 基板包装材の熱可塑性材料上に少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有する基板包装材を販売する段階を含み、前記ダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面が107オーム/スクエアから1014オーム/スクエアの範囲の表面抵抗率および300nmから1100nmの熱可塑性材料の少なくとも70%である透過パーセント並びに0.59バレル以下のヘリウムに対するガス浸透係数を有する、方法。
- 少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有する基板包装材を作製する動作をさらに含む、請求項12の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有する基板包装材を、ガス浸透、表面抵抗率、光透過パーセントまたはこれらのいずれかの組み合わせについて試験する段階、および、試験に基づいて包装材を分類する段階をさらに含む、請求項13の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有する基板包装材がこれの表面抵抗率に基づいて分類される、請求項14の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有するハウジングによって基板を保護するための、被覆された表面の表面抵抗率、被覆された表面の光透過、被覆された表面のガス浸透率またはこれらの組み合わせを含む顧客の要件を決定する段階;および
少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有するハウジングによって基板を保護するための顧客の要件を入力するために中央サーバまたはデータベースに接触して、顧客の要件を満足するために少なくとも1つのハウジング表面をダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングまたはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素コーティングによって被覆する段階;
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有するハウジングの価格を決定する段階;
少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有するハウジングの価格を顧客に提供する段階;および
少なくとも1つのダイヤモンド様炭素またはドープ処理されたダイヤモンド様炭素が被覆された表面を有するハウジングの納入時期を顧客に提供する段階;
