Abstract
Description
折り畳み耐久性試験は、M.I.T.試験機による紙の折り畳み耐久性のためのASTM D 2176−97a標準試験法に適合している。試験は、ASTM D 2176に記載されている一般法に従って実施したが、以下の特定の適合条件を使用し、報告された折り畳み数は多重測定の平均である。
本方法下で実施された曲げ疲労試験は、DIN 53442に従って、1mm厚である圧縮成形サンプルが、1MPaの引張荷重を使用して実施される折り畳み試験を受けることによって実施された。この曲げ疲労試験は、交互応力に晒されたプラスチックの挙動から定性的評価できるようにした。試験片の寸法、それらを作製するために使用される方法、及びそれらの試験条件は、疲労試験の結果に著しい影響を与え得る。一般的に、本試験から得られるデータは、同様に作製されたサンプルの間でのみ、定性的に適用されることができる。報告された結果は、多重測定の平均値であった。
Claims (14)
- (a)80重量%〜94重量%のテトラフルオロエチレン、6重量%〜20重量%の1種以上の式CF2=CFO(Ra fO)n(Rb fO)mRc fのペルフルオロビニルエーテル
(式中、Ra fとRb fとは、それぞれ独立して1個〜6個の炭素原子の直鎖又は分枝状のペルフルオロアルキレン基から選択され、mとnとはそれぞれ独立して0〜10であり、Rc fは1個〜6個の炭素原子のペルフルオロアルキル基であり、ここで、コポリマーがテトラフルオロエチレンと1種類のペルフルオロビニルエーテルとの二元重合体であるとともに、ペルフルオロビニルエーテル含有量が7重量%未満であるとき、前記フルオロポリマーが5以下のMFIを有する)からなるコポリマー、並びに
(b)80重量%〜94重量%のテトラフルオロエチレン、5重量%〜20重量%の式CF2=CFO(Ra fO)n(Rb fO)mRc fのペルフルオロビニルエーテル
(式中、Ra fとRb fとは、それぞれ独立して1個〜6個の炭素原子の直鎖又は分枝状のペルフルオロアルキレン基から選択され、mとnとはそれぞれ独立して0〜10であり、Rc fは1個〜6個の炭素原子のペルフルオロアルキル基である)を含むコポリマー、及び前記フルオロポリマーの総重量に対して、15重量%以下の1種以上の追加のモノマー、
から選択されるフルオロポリマーを含むフルオロポリマー組成物でフードウェア基材を粉末コーティングする工程を含む、多層物品の剥離寿命を延ばす方法。 - 前記フルオロポリマーが、94%未満のテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマー組成物が、50重量%未満のポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマー組成物が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンホモポリマーを含まない、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、300℃未満の融点を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、270℃超の融点を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、2種又はそれ以上のペルフルオロビニルエーテルを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、ペルフルオロ(エチルビニル)エーテル、ペルフルオロ(プロピルビニル)エーテル、ペルフルオロ(メチルビニル)エーテル、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択されるペルフルオロビニルエーテルを含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追加的モノマーが、ヘキサフルオロプロピレンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが、5以下のMFIを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
