Claims (12)
- 剥離表面被覆基材であって、
ケイ素化合物を含む粒子を、少なくとも1つの流体噴射口から金属表面に対して送達して、前記金属表面に前記ケイ素化合物を埋め込んで、ケイ素化合物層を形成することと、
前記ケイ素化合物層を水性フルオロポリマー分散体で被覆して、フルオロポリマー層を形成し、それにより多層化物品を形成することであって、前記水性フルオロポリマー分散体が、(i)改質剤及び(ii)フッ素化ポリマーを含み、前記フッ素化ポリマーが、(a)炭素−炭素二重結合を形成可能である部分フッ素化ポリマー、(b)官能化フッ素化ポリマー、及び(c)これらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記改質剤が、カップリング剤、活性化剤、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、形成することと、
前記多層化物品を焼結して、前記剥離表面被覆基材を形成することと、を含む方法によって製造され、
前記改質剤が、前記ケイ素化合物層及び前記フッ素化ポリマーと反応しており、
前記ケイ素化合物が、非晶質シリカ、ケイ酸、二酸化ケイ素、及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
剥離表面被覆基材。 - 前記活性化剤が、塩基、アミン含有化合物、ヒドロキシル含有化合物、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載の剥離表面被覆基材。

前記ケイ素化合物層を、カップリング剤を含むコーティングで被覆して、カップリング剤層を形成することと、
前記カップリング剤層を水性フルオロポリマー分散体で被覆して、フルオロポリマー層を形成し、それにより多層化物品を形成することであって、前記水性フルオロポリマー分散体が、フッ素化ポリマーを含み、前記フッ素化ポリマーが、(a)炭素−炭素二重結合を形成可能である部分フッ素化ポリマー、(b)官能化フッ素化ポリマー、及び(c)これらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、形成することと、
前記多層化物品を焼結して、前記剥離表面被覆基材を形成することと、を含む方法によって製造され、
前記カップリング剤が、前記ケイ素化合物層及び前記フッ素化ポリマーと反応しており、
前記ケイ素化合物が、非晶質シリカ、ケイ酸、二酸化ケイ素、及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
剥離表面被覆基材。 - 前記カップリング剤が、シラン、チタネート、ジルコネート、トリメトキシシラン、トリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、γ−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ−メタクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、テトラメチルジビニルシラザン、3−アミノプロピルトリ−メトキシシラン、及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の剥離表面被覆基材。
- 前記水性フルオロポリマー分散体が、バインダーを実質的に含まない、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の剥離表面被覆基材。
- 前記水性フルオロポリマー分散体が、前記フッ素化ポリマーのシェルと全フッ素化ポリマーのコアとを有する、フルオロポリマーのコア−シェル粒子を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の剥離表面被覆基材。
- 前記官能化フッ素化ポリマーが、(a)−COX基(式中、XはOH、ONa、OK、NH2、F、又はClである)、(b)−SO2X(式中、XはOH、ONa、OK、NH2、F、又はClである)、(c)−CH2OSO2Y(式中、Y=OH、ONa、又はOKである)、(d)−CH2OH、(e)リン酸基、(f)−CN、(g)Br、I、及びClから選択されるハロゲン、並びに(h)これらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の剥離表面被覆基材。
- 前記粒子が、前記ケイ素化合物を含む外面を有する研磨粒子を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の剥離表面被覆基材。
- 前記ケイ素化合物を含む粒子が、液体の不在下で少なくとも1つのガス状流体噴出口から送達される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の剥離表面被覆基材。
- 剥離表面被覆基材の製造方法であって、
ケイ素化合物を含む粒子を、少なくとも1つの流体噴射口から金属表面に対して送達して、前記金属表面に前記ケイ素化合物を埋め込んで、ケイ素化合物層を形成することと、
前記ケイ素化合物層を水性フルオロポリマー分散体で被覆して、フルオロポリマー層を形成し、それにより多層化物品を形成することであって、前記水性フルオロポリマー分散体が、(i)改質剤及び(ii)フッ素化ポリマーを含み、前記フッ素化ポリマーが、(a)炭素−炭素二重結合を形成可能である部分フッ素化ポリマー、(b)官能化フッ素化ポリマー、及び(c)これらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記改質剤が、カップリング剤、活性化剤、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、形成することと、
前記多層化物品を焼結して、前記剥離表面被覆基材を形成することと、
を含み、
前記改質剤が、前記ケイ素化合物層及び前記フッ素化ポリマーと反応しており、
前記ケイ素化合物が、非晶質シリカ、ケイ酸、二酸化ケイ素、及びこれらの組み合わせのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
