Claims (3)
- 植物細胞のゲノム中に外来配列を導入するための方法であって、
(a)細胞を第1、第2および第5DNA配列を含むドナーDNAベクターと接触させるステップであって、
ここで、第1配列はその植物細胞のゲノム中の第3配列に相同であり、第2配列はその植物細胞のゲノム中の第4配列に相同であり、そして、第5配列は、外来配列を含み、かつ第1配列と第2配列の間に挿入されている、ステップ、および
(b)1またはそれ以上のヌクレアーゼを細胞内で発現させ、その1またはそれ以上のヌクレアーゼが第3配列と第4配列の間の1またはそれ以上の対応するターゲット配列において染色体DNAを切断するステップ
を含み、
ステップ(b)における染色体DNAの切断が相同組換えによるゲノムへの第5DNA配列の組み込みを刺激するようになっている方法。 - 植物細胞のゲノムにおける分子内相同組換えの方法であって、
