Abstract
Un método de recombinación homóloga intramolecular en el genoma de una célula vegetal, excluida la célula que interviene en dicho proceso, donde dicho método comprende el paso de poner en contacto: (a) un segmento de ADN dentro del genoma de la célula vegetal, donde el segmento de ADN comprende una primera secuencia, una segunda secuencia homóloga a la primera secuencia, y una tercer secuencia interpuesta entre la primera y segunda secuencia; (b) con una nucleasa de dedos de zinc, donde la nucleasa cliva el segmento de ADN dentro de la tercera secuencia; y donde el ADN entre la primera y segunda secuencia es eliminado del cromosoma.
