Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a la producción y cultivo de células madre espermatogonias no diferenciadas que se pueden mantener a largo plazo y están sin alimentadoras. Las poblaciones sin alimentadoras resultantes se pueden utilizar en cualquiera de un número de protocolos que incluyen la generación de toros de progenie.
