Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к производству и культивированию недифференцированных сперматогониальных стволовых клеток, которые можно поддерживать длительное время и которые являются лишенными фидера. Конечные свободные от фидера популяции можно применять в любом количестве протоколов, включая создание потомства быков. Настоящее изобретение включает новые способы, требуемые для успешного обогащения бычьих сперматогониальных стволовых клеток, новых линий клеток и других компонентов, применяемых для той же цели, так же как и конечные композиции стволовых клеток.
