Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к производству и культивированию недифференцированных сперматогониальных стволовых клеток, которые можно поддерживать длительное время и которые являются лишенными фидера. Конечные свободные от фидера популяции можно применять в любом количестве протоколов, включая создание потомства быков.
