Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к получению плюрипотентных клеток. Способ предусматривает введения в клетки пуповинно-плацентарного комплекса РНК, имеющих в своем составе по меньшей мере одну последовательность, обеспечивающую переход клеток к плюрипотентному состоянию. Способ позволяет эффективно получать плюрипотентные клетки из клеток пуповинно-плацентарного комплекса, которые еще не приобрели соматические мутации, что снижает вероятность возникновения онкогенеза и других негативных последствий репрограммирования.
