Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una secuencia de terminador transcripcional, caracterizada porque comprende una secuencia de ácido nucleico seleccionada del grupo que consiste en las SEQ ID NOs: 13, 18 y 21-23; y una construcción de expresión con modificación genética, caracterizada porque comprende: a. un promotor; b. una primera secuencia de ácido nucleico ubicada transcripcionalmente corriente abajo del promotor, en donde la primera secuencia de ácido nucleico codifica un ARN de doble cadena (ARNdc) o una proteína; y c. una segunda secuencia de ácido nucleico, ubicada 3´con respecto a la primera secuencia de terminador transcripcional como se reclama en la reivindicación 1; y d .en donde la primera secuencia de ácido nucleico y la segunda secuencia de ácido nucleico están operativamente unidas al promotor.
