Abstract
Un método para mejorar, en plantas, varios rasgos relacionados con el rendimiento de importancia económica. Más específicamente, un método para mejorar rasgos relacionados con el rendimiento en plantas mediante la modulación de la expresión en una planta de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido GRP (proteína relacionada con el crecimiento). También plantas que tienen expresión modulada de un ácido nucleico que codifica un polipéptido GRP, en donde dichas plantas tienen mejores rasgos relacionados con el rendimiento, con respecto a las plantas de control. También constructos que comprenden ácidos nucleicos que codifican GRP, útiles para realizar los métodos de la invención.
