Abstract
【解決手段】基板1と、基板1の一方の主表面上に形成された中間層3と、中間層3の、基板1と対向する主表面と反対側の主表面上に形成された超電導層5とを含む積層構造20を備える薄膜超電導線材10であり、積層構造20の外周を覆う銅めっき薄膜9をさらに備えており、銅めっき薄膜9の内部の残留応力が圧縮応力になっている。積層構造20には銀スパッタ層6を備えていてもよいし、銅めっき薄膜9と積層構造20との間に、積層構造20の外周を覆う銀被覆層7をさらに備えていてもよい。

したがって、本実施の形態に係る薄膜超電導線材は、薄膜超電導線材50の態様としてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 基板と、
前記基板の一方の主表面上に形成された中間層と、
前記中間層の、前記基板と対向する主表面と反対側の主表面上に形成された超電導層とを含む積層構造を備える薄膜超電導線材であり、
前記積層構造の外周を覆う銅めっき薄膜をさらに備えており、
前記銅めっき薄膜の内部の残留応力が圧縮応力になっている、薄膜超電導線材。 - 前記積層構造には、基板の、前記中間層と対向しない主表面上と、前記超電導層の、前記中間層と対向しない主表面上とに配置された銀スパッタ層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の薄膜超電導線材。
- 前記銅めっき薄膜と前記積層構造との間に、前記積層構造の外周を覆う銀被覆層をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の薄膜超電導線材。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の薄膜超電導線材を有する超電導ケーブル導体。
