Abstract
【解決手段】薄膜超電導線材10の超電導層5に含まれる酸素の量を高精度に制御するために当該薄膜超電導線材10を、酸素雰囲気中で熱処理を行なう。このとき、当該熱処理を行なう温度において酸素と反応したり加熱によって変形することのないスペーサ20を薄膜超電導線材10と重畳したものをコイル状に巻回する。

Claims (4)
- 薄膜超電導線材の製造方法であり、
前記薄膜超電導線材を準備する工程と、
前記薄膜超電導線材とシート状のスペーサとを、前記薄膜超電導線材と前記スペーサとの延在方向に重畳した状態でコイル状に巻回する工程と、
前記薄膜超電導線材を熱処理する工程とを備えており、
前記スペーサは前記熱処理する工程を行なう際に安定である、薄膜超電導線材の製造方法。 - 前記スペーサは酸化ケイ素が主成分である、請求項1に記載の薄膜超電導線材の製造方法。
- 前記スペーサは0.1mm以上の厚みを有する、請求項1または2に記載の薄膜超電導線材の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項の方法を用いて製造した薄膜超電導線材。
