Description
Claims (1)
- 薄膜超電導線材の製造方法であり、
前記薄膜超電導線材を準備する工程と、
前記薄膜超電導線材とシート状のスペーサとを、前記薄膜超電導線材と前記スペーサとの延在方向に重畳した状態でコイル状に巻回する工程と、
前記薄膜超電導線材を、加熱温度が200℃以上600℃以下という条件で熱処理する工程とを備えており、
前記スペーサは前記熱処理する工程を行なう際に安定であり、
前記スペーサは酸化ケイ素が主成分であり、
前記スペーサは前記熱処理する工程において軟化点に達しない材料からなり、0.1mm以上の厚みを有する、薄膜超電導線材の製造方法。
