Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、ハイクラッチH/CとローブレーキL/Bを有し当該クラッチH/C及びブレーキL/Bの解放及び締結を組み合わせることで所望の変速段が決定される副変速機構ATと、変速機構ATを駆動させるパワーのON/OFF状態を判定するパワーON/OFF状態判定手段と、変速機構ATの変速制御と協調して目標の変速比を実現するように変速制御が行われる無段変速機構CVTとを有し、変速機構ATをパワーOFFアップシフト中のイナーシャフェーズ時に、パワーのOFF→ONがあったときは、解放側のブレーキL/Bを即時に解放させると共に、当該変速機構ATの入力トルクの変化が締結側のクラッチH/Cで抑えられるように当該クラッチH/Cを即時に締結させる。

Description
パワーOFFについては、図18(b)に示すように、副変速機構9の高変速段(ハイクラッチH/C)の締結回転数Nc(Hi)を基に、この締結回転数Nc(Hi)に対して自動変速機入力回転数Niが予め設定した閾値ΔN以下に低下すれば、パワーOFFと判定する。即ち、本形態では、変速機コントローラ11がパワーON/OFF状態判定手段に相当する。

Claims (6)
- 複数の締結部を有し当該締結部の解放及び締結を組み合わせることで目標の変速段が決定される有段変速機構と、パワーのON/OFF状態を判定するパワーON/OFF状態判定手段と、有段変速機構に入力されるトルクに応じて第1の締結部を解放させると共に第2の締結部を締結させることで有段変速機構を目標の回転数に変速制御する変速制御手段とを有し、
当該変速制御手段は、有段変速機構を変速制御する過程で、パワーのON/OFF状態が切り替わったときは、パワーの切り替えによって生じる有段変速機構の入力回転数の変動を抑えることができる第1又は第2の締結部のいずれか一方を締結させると共に、他方の締結部を解放させるものである、自動変速機の制御装置。 - 請求項1において、前記制御手段は、有段変速機構を変速制御時のイナーシャフェーズ中に、パワーのON/OFF状態が切り替わったときは、解放側の締結部を解放させると共に、パワーの切り替えによって生じる有段変速機構の入力回転数の変動が締結側の締結部で抑えられるように当該締結側の締結部を締結させるものである、自動変速機の制御装置。
- 請求項1において、前記回転数制御手段は、有段変速機構の変速制御時のトルクフェーズがイナーシャフェーズよりも先行した場合の当該トルクフェーズ中に、パワーのON/OFF状態が切り替わったときは、締結側の締結部を解放させると共に、パワーの切り替えによって生じる有段変速機構の入力回転数の変動が解放側の締結部で抑えられるように当該解放側の締結部を締結させるものである、自動変速機の制御装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項において、有段変速機構の変速制御と協調して目標の変速比を実現するように変速制御が行われる無段変速機構を有する、自動変速機の制御装置。
- 請求項4において、無段変速機構は、有段変速機構の変速制御との協調をパワーのON/OFF状態が切り替わったときに開始するものである、自動変速機の制御装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項において、パワーON/OFF状態判定手段は、有段変速機構の回転数の変化からパワーのON/OFF状態が切り替わったことを判定するものである、自動変速機の制御装置。
