Abstract
【解決手段】この発明は、半導体型光源14が取り付けられているヒートシンク部材2に、光軸調整用のピボット部7および上下方向用の光軸調整機構取付部8および左右方向用の光軸調整機構取付部9を、一体に設ける。この結果、この発明は、ヒートシンク部材2に一体に設けた光軸調整用のピボット部7および上下方向用の光軸調整機構取付部8および左右方向用の光軸調整機構取付部9により、半導体型光源14において発生する熱を効率良く放出することができる。

Claims (3)
- 光源として半導体型光源を使用する車両用灯具において、
ヒートシンク部材と、
前記ヒートシンク部材に取り付けられている半導体型光源と、
前記ヒートシンク部材に一体に設けられている光軸調整用のピボット部および上下方向用の光軸調整機構取付部および左右方向用の光軸調整機構取付部と、
を備えること特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記光軸調整用のピボット部は、前記ヒートシンク部材および前記光軸調整用のピボット部および前記上下方向用の光軸調整機構取付部および前記左右方向用の光軸調整機構取付部の重心の近傍に位置し、
前記上下方向用の光軸調整機構取付部と前記左右方向用の光軸調整機構取付部とは、前記光軸調整用のピボット部を挟んで相互に反対側に位置する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。 - 前記光軸調整用のピボット部は、前記ヒートシンク部材および前記光軸調整用のピボット部および前記上下方向用の光軸調整機構取付部および前記左右方向用の光軸調整機構取付部を成形する金型のパーティングラインに沿って設けられていて、
前記ヒートシンク部材には、放熱フィンが前記パーティングラインに対して垂直にかつ二方向に一体に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。
