試験方法
ＰＣＧＭを用いてヒト毛乳頭細胞をサブコンフルエントになるまで培養した。培養した細胞に試験サンプルを添加し、１％ＦＢＳ−ＤＭＥＭ培地でさらに２４時間培養した後、逆転写ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応法を用いてＦＧＦ−５遺伝子の発現量を測定した。得られた測定値は下記の数１にしたがって換算し、クミスクチン抽出物のＦＧＦ−５遺伝子発現抑制効果の増強率を求めた。
試験サンプルは、クミスクチン抽出物（測定時濃度 １０μｇ/ｍｌ）と前記の植物抽出物を各濃度（測定時濃度）で組み合わせたものを用いた。また、ネガティブコントロールは蒸留水を、ポジティブコントロールはクミスクチン抽出物（測定時濃度 １０μｇ/ｍｌ）を用いた。
