Abstract

【課題】ダンボールを廃棄する際、ダンボールを折りたたみ、紐で外側を縛るが、力が必要であり、しばった後ゆるみが出たり、使用する紐が長くなる欠点を解決する。
【解決手段】折り畳んだダンボール１の複数箇所の適当な位置に本工具６を用いて穴を開けるのと同時に紐２を通し、裏側で紐を縛り簡単にダンボール１を梱包できる。

Description

本発明はダンボール廃棄の際、畳んだダンボールの中央部数箇所に穴を開けると同時に紐を通し、その紐を縛り梱包を容易にするための工具。
従来ダンボールを廃棄する際、ダンボールを折りたたみ、紐で外側を縛っていた。
ダンボールを折りたたみ、紐で外側を縛るには、強く縛るのには力が必要であり、また使用する紐が長くなるという欠点があった。
図６は、従来のダンボールの梱包方法である。図６に示すように、従来の一般的な梱包方法ではダンボール１を畳んで周りに紐２を巻きつけて縛りつけていたが、折り畳んだダンボール１が元に戻ろうとするために強く縛るには力を必要とした。
本発明は折り畳んだダンボールを簡単に梱包できる工具を提供することを目的とする。
取手と金属棒からなる工具であって、前記金属棒の先端はくさび形状であり、かつ、所定の幅を有する切込みが設けられていることを特徴とするダンボール用紐貫通工具。
上述したように、簡便にダンボールに紐を貫通し縛ることからを容易に梱包できるため力も少なく緩みにくい、また、使用する紐の量も節約でき省エネに貢献できる。
[実施例]
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図１〜図５に基づいて説明する。
図１は本発明の工具を上、横面から見た概観図である。本発明の工具６は先端に切り込みを設けた金属棒４を取手５に取り付けたものである。取手５は２種類あり取手５ａは円筒形の形状を取手５ｂはＴ字型の形状を有する。先端３ａは先端３ｂを横から見た形状を示し、取手５ｃは取手５ｂを横から見た形状を示す。
図２は本発明の工具の先端を示す図である。本発明の工具６の先端は先端３ａに示すように先に行くほど薄くなるくさび形状であり、先端３ｂに示すように幅を少し広げ最先端部はダンボールを切り裂けやすくするため狭くした形状として、かつ紐をかける所定の幅を持つＵ字型の切込み部を示す。
図３は本発明の工具の使用方法を説明する図である。図のように紐２を先端３ｂのＵ字型の切込み部に掛け、先端３ｂを押し当てて折り畳んだダンボール１に穴をこじ開けて紐２を通す。紐２がダンボール１の反対に出たら本工具６を引き抜くと、紐２の一部は反対側に残るので紐２の一方を手で引き抜くと紐２はダンボール１を貫通する。
図４は本発明の工具を使用し折り畳んだダンボールを縛る過程を示す図である。図３の要領で再度適当な位置に同様に紐２を通し、ダンボール１に体重をかけながら反対側で両方の紐２を結ぶことにより簡単で力もいらず折り畳んだダンボール１の間に隙間が生じないように縛ることができる。
図５は本発明の工具を使用して折り畳んだダンボールを梱包した状態を示す図である。折り畳んだダンボール１の従来の梱包でふくらみやすい中央部分に穴を開け締め付けることで最も効果的に梱包したダンボール１の体積を減らすことができる。
以上詳細に説明したように、本発明の工具６の金属棒４の先端３ａはくさび形状にしたので厚いダンボールでも容易に切り裂き貫通することができた。
本発明の工具６の金属棒４の先端３ｂの幅を少し広げたのでダンボール１を切り裂く力が広げた部分に集中し金属棒４には掛からないためより少ない力でダンボール１を切り裂く事ができた。
本発明の工具６の金属棒４の先端３ｂにＵ字型の切り込み部を設けて紐２を掛けたのでダンボール１に穴を開けると同時に効率よく紐２を通すことができた。
なお、Ｔ字型の取手５ｂを使うことにより、より少ない力で紐２を通すことができる。
実施例では折り畳んだ１枚のダンボール１を梱包しているが複数枚のダンボール１を重ねて梱包してもよい、その場合金属棒４の長さを複数枚のダンボール１の厚みにあわせて十分長くする。
実施例では１枚のダンボール１に２つの穴を設けて紐を結んだが、複数個の穴を設けてそれを縫うようにしてもよい。
なお、複数枚のダンボール１に穴を設け、ダンボール１を接続するようにしてもよい。
本発明の工具を使ってダンボールを繋ぎ合わせてダンボールによる創作にも利用できる。

Claims (2)

  1. 取手と金属棒からなる工具であって、前記金属棒の先端はくさび形状であり、かつ、所定の幅を有する切込みが設けられていることを特徴とするダンボール用紐貫通工具。
  2. 前記金属棒の切込みにダンボールを縛るための紐をかけたままの状態で前記ダンボールの所定の複数の位置に貫通させることを特徴とする請求項１記載のダンボール用紐貫通工具。
