Abstract
【解決手段】第2モータジェネレータMG2の反力トルクで伝達部材24の回転を規制した状態で、第1モータジェネレータMG1によりサンギヤS1を回転駆動してエンジン10をクランキングすることによりエンジン10を始動する際に、第1モータジェネレータMG1の出力が制限される場合には、第2モータジェネレータMG2の反力トルクを所定の目標トルクに従って制御するトルク基準反力制御を行うことにより、エンジン負荷トルクが所定値を超えると反力トルクに抗して伝達部材24が回転速度変動させられるようになり、その伝達部材18の回転速度変動でエンジン負荷トルクが逃がされて共振によるエンジン負荷トルク振動の増大が抑制される。

Description
図1は、本発明が好適に適用される車両用駆動装置を説明する骨子図で、動力源としてエンジン10、第1モータジェネレータMG1、第2モータジェネレータMG2を備えているハイブリッド車両用のものである。図1において、変速機構8は、車体に取り付けられる非回転部材としてのトランスミッションケース12(以下、ケース12という)内において共通の軸心上に配設された入力軸14と、この入力軸14に直接に或いは図示しない脈動吸収ダンパー(振動減衰装置)などを介して間接に連結された切換型変速部11と、その切換型変速部11に伝達部材(伝動軸)18を介して直列に連結されて自動変速機として機能する有段式自動変速部20(以下、自動変速部20という)と、この自動変速部20に連結されている出力軸22とを直列に備えている。この変速機構8は、車両において縦置きされるFR(フロントエンジン・リヤドライブ)型車両に好適に用いられるものであり、エンジン10およびモータジェネレータMG1、MG2の出力を、出力軸22から差動歯車装置(終減速機)36および一対の車軸等を順次介して一対の駆動輪38へ伝達する。なお、モータジェネレータMG1、MG2や切換型変速部11、自動変速部20は、それぞれ軸心に対して略対称的に構成されているため、図1では下側半分が省略されている。上記エンジン10は、燃料の燃焼で動力を発生する内燃機関にて構成されており、ディーゼルエンジンまたはガソリンエンジンである。
Claims (8)
- 燃料の燃焼で動力を発生するエンジンと、第1電動機と、反力制御装置によって制御される反力トルクで回転が規制される反力受け部材とが、差動機構を介して連結されており、
前記反力制御装置によって前記反力受け部材の回転を規制した状態で前記第1電動機により前記エンジンを回転駆動して該エンジンを始動するエンジン始動制御装置において、
前記第1電動機の出力が制限される出力制限時には、該出力制限が無い場合に比べて前記反力受け部材の回転速度が大きく変動することを許容するように前記反力制御装置を制御する
ことを特徴とするエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1電動機の出力制限時のエンジン始動時には、該出力制限が無い場合に比べて前記反力制御装置の反力トルクが小さくされることで、前記反力受け部材の回転速度が大きく変動することが許容される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1電動機の出力制限時のエンジン始動時には、前記反力制御装置の反力トルクを目標トルクに従って制御するトルク基準反力制御が行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記出力制限によって制限される前記第1電動機の出力が低い程前記目標トルクを小さくする
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1電動機の出力制限時のエンジン始動時に前記エンジンの回転速度変動量を検出し、該回転速度変動量が大きい程前記目標トルクを小さくする
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1電動機の出力制限時のエンジン始動時に前記エンジンの筒内圧力を求め、該筒内圧力が高い程前記目標トルクを小さくする
ことを特徴とする請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1電動機の出力制限時のエンジン始動時には、前記反力受け部材の回転速度が所定の目標回転速度となるように前記反力制御装置の反力トルクを制御する回転速度基準反力制御が行われるとともに、該反力受け部材の回転速度が所定の大きさで変動することが許容されるように、該回転速度基準反力制御によって制御される該反力受け部材の回転速度の偏差許容値が設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの出力軸から駆動輪までの動力伝達経路に前記差動機構が設けられており、
前記反力制御装置は、前記動力伝達経路に対して動力を入出力可能に配設された第2電動機である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
