Abstract
【解決手段】回転電機9のロータが連結された回転電機軸45と、回転電機軸と平行に配置され、かつ、軸方向の一方側に位置する内燃機関1との間で動力を伝達する入力軸5と、入力軸における内燃機関側と反対側の端部に設けられ、入力軸あるいは回転電機軸のうち少なくともいずれか一方の動力を車両の駆動軸に伝達する入力軸回転部材23と、内燃機関の動力により駆動されて潤滑油を圧送するポンプ50と、入力軸および入力軸回転部材を収容するケースとを備え、軸方向において、回転電機が入力軸回転部材よりも内燃機関側と反対側に配置されている動力伝達装置100であって、入力軸回転部材は、軸受60を介してケースによって回転可能に支持されており、ポンプの少なくとも一部が、軸受の径方向内方に配置されている。

Description
図1から図5を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、車両の駆動源である回転電機のロータが連結された回転電機軸と、回転電機軸と平行に配置され、かつ、軸方向の一方側に位置する駆動源である内燃機関との間で動力を伝達する入力軸と、入力軸における内燃機関側と反対側の端部に設けられ、入力軸の動力あるいは回転電機軸の動力のうち少なくともいずれか一方を車両の駆動軸に伝達する入力軸回転部材と、内燃機関の動力により駆動されて潤滑油を圧送するポンプとを備え、軸方向において、回転電機が入力軸回転部材よりも内燃機関側と反対側に配置されている動力伝達装置、および、上記動力伝達装置の組付け方法に関する。

Claims (7)
- 車両の駆動源である回転電機のロータが連結された回転電機軸と、
前記回転電機軸と平行に配置され、かつ、軸方向の一方側に位置する前記駆動源である内燃機関との間で動力を伝達する入力軸と、
前記入力軸における前記内燃機関側と反対側の端部に設けられ、前記入力軸の前記動力あるいは前記回転電機軸の前記動力のうち少なくともいずれか一方を前記車両の駆動軸に伝達する入力軸回転部材と、
前記内燃機関の前記動力により駆動されて潤滑油を圧送する圧送手段と、前記圧送手段を収容するポンプ本体とを有するポンプと、
前記入力軸および前記入力軸回転部材を収容するケースと
を備え、前記軸方向において、前記回転電機が前記入力軸回転部材よりも前記内燃機関側と反対側に配置されている動力伝達装置であって、
前記入力軸回転部材は、軸受を介して前記ケースによって回転可能に支持されており、
前記ポンプの少なくとも一部が、前記軸受の径方向内方に配置されている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記入力軸回転部材は、回転部材本体と、前記回転部材本体の外周部に形成され、前記回転電機軸と噛合うギヤ部とを有し、
前記回転部材本体には、前記軸方向に延在し、かつ、前記内燃機関側と反対側に向けて開口する孔部である回転部材孔部が形成されており、
前記回転部材本体における前記回転部材孔部が形成された部分が、前記軸受に支持され、
前記ポンプは、前記回転部材孔部に配置されている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記圧送手段は、前記入力軸に連結され、前記内燃機関の前記動力で回転駆動される回転軸と、前記回転軸に連結され、前記回転軸と一体に回転して前記潤滑油を圧送するポンプロータとを備え、
前記ポンプ本体は、
前記ポンプロータを収容するロータ室と、
前記ロータ室と接続され、かつ、前記ポンプ本体における前記ロータ室よりも前記内燃機関側を前記軸方向に貫通する孔部であって、前記回転軸が配置されるポンプ本体孔部と、
径方向における前記ポンプ本体孔部と前記ポンプ本体の外周部との間の位置に前記軸方向に形成され、前記ロータ室と接続された前記潤滑油の通路と、
径方向において前記ポンプ本体孔部と前記通路とを隔てる壁部とを有し、
前記回転軸は、径方向に突出し、かつ、環状に形成された突出部を有し、
前記突出部は、前記軸方向において前記壁部と前記ポンプロータとに挟まれ、
径方向において、前記突出部の外周部が、前記壁部における前記通路側の面と同じ位置にある
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記ポンプ本体は、前記圧送手段を収容する容器であって、かつ、開口部を有するポンプボデーと、前記開口部を閉塞するポンプカバーとを有し、
前記ポンプボデーと前記ポンプカバーとの相対位置を位置決めする位置決め部材が、前記ポンプ本体と前記ケースとの相対位置を位置決めする位置決め部材を兼ねている
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置において、
前記ポンプ本体は、前記軸受の側面と対向し、前記軸受の前記軸方向への移動を規制する規制部材を有する
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の動力伝達装置を組付ける動力伝達装置の組付け方法であって、
前記圧送手段と、前記ポンプ本体とを一体の構成部品として予め組付ける第一工程と、
前記第一工程の後で、前記構成部品を前記ケースに組付ける第二工程とを備える
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置の組付け方法。 - 請求項6に記載の動力伝達装置の組付け方法において、
前記構成部品に前記入力軸を組付ける第三工程を備え、
前記第三工程は、前記第二工程の後で行われる
ことを特徴とする動力伝達装置の組付け方法。
