Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも1つの駆動部(2乃至5)、特に車両のピストン−シリンダー組体の駆動のための電子液圧制御系(1)であって、電子制御ユニット(ECU)を有する組体(7)と、高圧ポンプ(9)を駆動するために電子制御ユニット(ECU)によって駆動される電気モーター(8)と、電子液圧弁(10乃至17)を収容するための、チャンネルを収容するための、制御可能な高圧ポンプ(9)を収容するための収容体であって、制御可能な高圧ポンプ(9)は、液圧接続部(30,31;32,33)を介して圧力変換器(27)及び/あるいは容器(34)に接続され、駆動部(2乃至5)特にピストン−シリンダー組体の圧力空間にも接続可能である、収容体と、を具備し、電子液圧弁(10乃至17)及び電気モーター(8)は電子制御ユニット(ECU)にネットワーク化されている、電子液圧制御系に関し、高圧ポンプ(9)を通液するためと駆動部(2乃至5)の体積流及び/あるいは圧力を制御するためとの両方のために電子制御弁(10乃至17)が設けられている。
本発明の核心は、高圧ポンプ(9)を通液するため、また、駆動部(2乃至5)の圧力を制御するための電子液圧制御系(1)において、同組の電子液圧弁(10乃至17)を用いることであると考えられる。

Claims (19)
- 少なくとも1つの駆動部(2乃至5)、特に車両のピストン−シリンダー組体の駆動のための電子液圧制御系(1)であって、電子制御ユニット(ECU)を有する組体(7)と、高圧ポンプ(9)を駆動するために電子制御ユニット(ECU)によって駆動される電気モーター(8)と、電子液圧弁(10乃至17)を収容するための、チャンネルを収容するための、制御可能な高圧ポンプ(9)を収容するための収容体であって、制御可能な高圧ポンプ(9)は、液圧接続部(30,31;32,33)を介して圧力変換器(27)及び/あるいは容器(34)に接続され、駆動部(2乃至5)特にピストン−シリンダー組体の圧力空間にも接続可能である、収容体と、を具備し、電子液圧弁(10乃至17)及び電気モーター(8)は電子制御ユニット(ECU)にネットワーク化されている、電子液圧制御系において、高圧ポンプ(9)を通液するためと駆動部(2乃至5)の体積流及び/あるいは圧力を制御するためとの両方のために設けられている少なくとも1組の電子液圧弁(10,11;10,12;13,14;13,15)によって特徴付けられる電子液圧制御系。
- 液圧接続部(ライン30,31;ライン部32,33)、並びに、高圧ポンプ(9)を切り替えるためにライン及びライン接続部(30乃至32)に配置されている電子液圧弁(10乃至17)は、吸込路としてあるいは加圧路として交互に機能的に接続可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電子液圧弁(10乃至17)は高圧ポンプ(9)の吸込弁及び加圧弁として設けられており、電子液圧弁(10乃至17)は弁座及び弁体を有する調節弁として形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電子液圧弁(10乃至17)は、開位置及び閉位置に加えて、減少された開口断面を備える少なくとも1つの部分開位置を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 高圧ポンプの吸込路及び加圧路の電子液圧的な交換を可能とする電子制御同期手段が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 同期手段は、可変通液、特に、タイミングをずらした、位相制御装置の方法により互いに同期された電子液圧弁(10乃至17)の制御を可能とする、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電気モーター(8)に変調された直流電流を供給するためのあるいは三相電流を供給するための一体化された電力供給段を有する電子制御ユニット(ECU)によって特徴付けられる請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電子液圧弁(10乃至17)に電気を供給する一体化された電力供給段を有する電子制御ユニット(ECU)によって特徴付けられる請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力センサー(18乃至22)を用いて、高圧ポンプ(9)を制御するため、電力出力段の電子的に調整された駆動を提供するために、調整手段が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項7及び8に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電気モーター(8)のために電子切替装置が設けられており、電子切替装置は電子制御ユニット(ECU)に一体的に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電気回転モーター(8)に、回転方向反転装置、及び/あるいは、回転速度制御装置、及び/あるいは、回転速度検知装置が付与されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電子車両制御系への液圧制御系(1)の一体化によって特徴付けられ、液圧制御系(1)の電子制御ユニット(ECU)は、さらに、車両の電子制御ユニットに電子的にネットワーク化されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 液圧制御系(1)は、自動化された外来的な駆動を可能とするために、1以上のセンサー、特に、圧力センサー、及び/あるいは、回転センサー(18乃至22;23乃至26)に接続されており、組体(7)は、使用者による駆動を可能とするために、少なくとも1つのマン/マシーンインナーフェース(MMS)及び圧力変換器(27)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電子モーター(8)と高圧ポンプ(8)との間に動的変換器、特に、回転/並進変換器が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 制御系(1)は、互いに独立している複数特に2つの液圧回路を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 高圧ポンプ(9)は、特にラジアルピストンポンプのような、少なくとも1つの排出空間を有する排出ポンプとして形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 電子液圧制御系(1)は非通電フェイルソフトモードを有し、非通電フェイルソフトモードでは駆動された駆動部(2乃至5)は圧力変換器(27)に液圧的に接続され、この接続のために非通電状態で開の切替弁が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 圧力変換器(27)及び/あるいは駆動部(2乃至5)は液圧制御ユニット(ECU)へのアタッチメントとして提供されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
- 車両の安定性を制御するため、ブレーキを制御するため、ハンドブレーキを制御するため、ステアリングを制御するため、乗り心地レベルを制御するため、手動変速器あるいは自動変速機を制御するため、シャシーの構成要素の相対的な調節のため、及び/あるいは、上述した機能の内の少なくとも2つの機能の複合ネットワーク制御のための系への電子液圧制御系(1)の一体化によって特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の電子液圧制御系。
