Claims (9)
- プロセス流体のための流体入口と流体出口とを備えるハウジングと、前記流体入口と前記流体出口との間に配置される照射ゾーンと、外壁と内壁とを備える放電管を含む少なくとも1つの放射線源を含む少なくとも1つの放射線源モジュールとを含み、前記内壁は、少なくとも1つの開口を備える内部容積と、放電を点火し且つ維持するための手段とを取り囲み、前記放射線源モジュールは、前記内部容積への前記プロセス流体の出入れを案内する案内手段を備える浸水可能なフレームも含む、流体処理システム。
- 前記放射線源は、誘電体バリア放電ランプである、請求項1に記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記案内手段は、前記少なくとの1つの開口を締結する少なくとも1つの終端エンドキャップを含み、前記プロセス流体のための入口ポートと、出口ポートとを含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記放射線源の前記内部容積は、第一エンドキャップと第二エンドキャップとによって終端される第一開口と第二開口とを含み、前記第一エンドキャップは、入口ポートを含み、前記第二エンドキャップは、出口ポートを含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記案内手段は、邪魔手段を含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記フレームは、前記放射線源の前記内部容積を通じる前記プロセス流体の流れを増大する手段を含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記放電を点火し且つ維持するための手段は、前記放電管の前記外壁に取り付けられる少なくとの1つの第一低圧接地電極と、前記放電管の前記内壁に取り付けられる少なくとも1つの第二高圧電源電極とを含む、請求項1に記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記第一低電圧電極は、前記プロセス流体から成り、前記プロセス流体は、導電性を有する、請求項7に記載の流体処理システム。
- 前記第二高電圧電極は、前記プロセス流体から成り、前記プロセス流体は、導電性を有する、請求項7に記載の流体処理システム。
