当該DBDランプデバイスは、当該流体リザーバの傾斜角を検出する傾斜センサを含み、当該DBDランプデバイスは、当該傾斜角が所定範囲内にある場合に起動される、箇条A乃至Cの何れか一箇条に記載される流体リザーバ。
包含する(comprising)(すなわち、開放言語、他の要素又はステップを除外しない)として定義される。
Claims (18)
- 放電チャンバ壁を有するトロイド形状放電チャンバを含む誘電体バリア放電(DBD)ランプデバイスであって、
管状内壁セクションと、
管状外壁セクションと、
各リング形状端壁セクションが、前記管状外壁セクションの端部と前記管状内壁セクションの端部との間に延在する、2つのリング形状端壁セクションと、
前記放電チャンバ壁の前記管状内壁セクションによって囲まれる導電性流体を含む、低電圧電極であって、更に、前記放電チャンバ壁の前記管状内壁セクションによって囲まれ、前記管状内壁セクションの第1の端部からもう一方の端部まで少なくとも部分的に延在する導電性要素を含み、前記導電性要素は、前記第1の端部においてのみ電気的に接続されている前記低電圧電極と、
前記管状内壁セクションの両端部に又は両端部付近にある2つのブッシュであって、前記ブッシュは導電性部分を含み、前記導電性要素が、前記2つのブッシュのうちの第1のブッシュの前記導電性部分に、第2のブッシュの前記導電性部分に接触することなく、電気的に接続されている、前記2つのブッシュとを含む、
DBDランプデバイス。 - 前記放電チャンバ壁の前記管状外壁セクションの外面に設けられる高電圧電極を含む、請求項1に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記高電圧電極は、間隔があけられた平行ワイヤを含むワイヤメッシュを含む、請求項2に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記高電圧電極は、前記リング形状端壁セクションのうちの1つに又は付近に少なくとも部分的に設置される導体を介して付勢される、請求項2又は3に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記導電性要素は、ワイヤ、前記管状内壁セクション上のコーティング、又は、メッシュである、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記2つのブッシュのうちの少なくとも一方は、前記導電性部分から完全に形成されている、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記放電チャンバ壁の前記管状外壁セクションの内面に設けられる反射層を含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記放電チャンバ壁の前記管状外壁セクションの前記内面に設けられる第1のルミネッセンス層を含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記放電チャンバ壁の前記管状内壁セクションの外面に設けられる第2のルミネッセンス層を含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 前記リング形状端壁セクションから延出する前記管状内壁セクションの管状延長部を含み、反射要素又は反射層が前記管状延長部の外側に配置されて、前記トロイド形状放電チャンバ内に発生されたUV光を前記管状延長部の外に配置された光センサに向けて反射する、請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のDBDランプデバイス。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のDBDランプデバイスを含む光学流体処理デバイスであって、前記放電チャンバ壁の前記管状内壁セクションが、前記DBDランプデバイスの前記放電チャンバ内で発生された光によって照射される流体用のダクトの壁の一部を形成する、光学流体処理デバイス。
- 前記DBDランプデバイスは、前記放電チャンバ内に放電を発生させるランプドライバを含み、前記ランプドライバの少なくとも一部は、前記ダクト壁に熱的に接触して、前記ランプドライバから前記ダクト内の前記流体への熱の流動を可能にする、請求項11に記載の光学流体処理デバイス。
- 前記DBDランプデバイスの低電圧端子は、前記ダクト内の流体に電気的に接触する接触面を有する、請求項11又は12に記載の光学流体処理デバイス。
- 前記ダクト内又は前記ダクトと流体連結する空間内の前記流体の存在を検知する流体存在センサを含み、前記DBDランプデバイスは、前記流体存在センサによって前記流体の存在が検知される場合に起動される、請求項11乃至13の何れか一項に記載の光学流体処理デバイス。
- 前記ダクト内の前記流体の存在を検知する流体存在センサを含み、前記流体存在センサは、前記導電性要素と前記2つのブッシュのうちの前記第2のブッシュの前記導電性部分との間の電流の流れを測定する、請求項1又は6に従属する請求項11乃至13の何れか1項に記載の光学流体処理デバイス。
- 前記ダクト内の前記流体の流動状態を検知する流体流動状態センサを含み、前記DBDランプデバイスは、前記流体流動状態センサによって前記流体の流動状態が検知される場合に起動される、請求項11乃至15の何れか一項に記載の光学流体処理デバイス。
- 前記流体流動状態センサ は、前記ダクト内のバルブを開けることによって起動され、
前記流体流動状態センサはバルブアクチュエータに結合されている、請求項16に記載の光学流体処理デバイス。 - 流体を収容し、流体排出開口を有する流体コンパートメントと、
請求項11乃至17の何れか一項に記載の光学流体処理デバイスと、
