(b)配列番号59に示すアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むVHドメイン、および配列番号60に示すアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むVLドメイン;
(c)配列番号77に示すアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むVHドメイン、および配列番号78に示すアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むVLドメイン;または
(d)配列番号95に示すアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むVHドメイン、および配列番号96に示すアミノ酸配列と少なくとも90%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むVLドメイン、
ここで、(i)該抗体のヒトIL−22に対する会合定数は、表面プラズモン共鳴技術を用い、リアルタイム生体特異的相互作用分析(BIA)により測定した場合、少なくとも10 10 M −1 である、(ii)該抗体は、IL−22により媒介されるBaF3細胞の増殖を150pM以下のIC50で遮断し、該BaF3細胞はヒトIL−22受容体を含む、または(iii)該抗体は、IL−22により媒介されるHT29細胞からのGROa分泌を、150pM以下のIC 50 で遮断する。 - 以下である、該(a)を含む請求項1記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント:
(1)VHドメインが配列番号131に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号132に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;または
(2)VHドメインが配列番号149に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号150に示すアミノ酸配列を含む。 - 以下である、該(b)を含む請求項1記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント:
(1)VHドメインが配列番号617に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号618に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(2)VHドメインが配列番号491に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号492に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(3)VHドメインが配列番号167に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号168に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(4)VHドメインが配列番号185に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号186に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;または
(5)VHドメインが配列番号203に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号204に示すアミノ酸配列を含む。 - 以下である、該(c)を含む請求項1記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント:
(1)VHドメインが配列番号527に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号528に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(2)VHドメインが配列番号221に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号222に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(3)VHドメインが配列番号239に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号240に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(4)VHドメインが配列番号257に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号258に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;または
(5)VHドメインが配列番号275に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号276に示すアミノ酸配列を含む。 - 以下である、該(d)を含む請求項1記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント:
(1)VHドメインが配列番号599に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号600に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(2)VHドメインが配列番号581に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号582に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;
(3)VHドメインが配列番号563に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号564に示すアミノ酸配列を含む;または
(4)VHドメインが配列番号545に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号546に示すアミノ酸配列を含む。 - VHドメインが配列番号617に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号618に示すアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項3記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント。
- VHドメインが配列番号599に示すアミノ酸配列を含み、VLドメインが配列番号600に示すアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項5記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント。
- 以下を含む、IL−22に特異的に結合する抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント:
(a)VHドメインが配列番号602、配列番号603、および配列番号604に示すアミノ酸配列を含む3つのCDRを含み、VLドメインが配列番号605、配列番号606、および配列番号607に示すアミノ酸配列を含む3つのCDRを含む;または
(b)VHドメインが配列番号620、配列番号621、および配列番号622に示すアミノ酸配列を含む3つのCDRを含み、VLドメインが配列番号623、配列番号624、および配列番号625に示すアミノ酸配列を含む3つのCDRを含む。 - 以下である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメント:
(a)IL−22のIL−22RまたはIL−22RおよびIL−10R2の受容体複合体への結合を阻害する;
(b)ヒト抗体である;または
(c)IgG1またはIgG4である。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメントを含む医薬組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメントをコードする単離された核酸。
- 請求項11記載の核酸を含む発現ベクター。
- 請求項12記載のベクターで形質転換された宿主細胞。
- 細菌、哺乳類細胞、酵母細胞、植物細胞、または昆虫細胞である、請求項13記載の宿主細胞。
- 抗体の発現を可能とする条件下で請求項14に記載の宿主細胞を培養すること、および細胞培養物から抗体を単離することを含む、IL−22と結合する抗体を生産する方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の抗体またはその抗原結合フラグメントを含む診断キット。
