電気モーター/発電機の回転可能なシャフトと関連付けられたサンギアと、内燃機関の回転可能なシャフトと関連付けられた遊星キャリアと、リングギアと、を含む遊星ギア装置と、
遊星ギア装置のサンギアと関連付けられた第1の可動シャフトと、遊星ギア装置のリングギアと関連付けられた第2の可動シャフトと、少なくとも一つの駆動輪と関連付けられた固定要素とを有しているクラッチアセンブリとを具備してなり、第1の可動要素は、第1の回転可能な要素が自由回転する第1の位置と、第1の可動要素が固定要素と連結する第2の位置との間で動作可能となっており、第2の可動要素は、第2の可動要素が自由回転する第1の位置と、第2の可動要素が固定要素と連結される第2の位置との間で動作可能となっている。

回転可能なシャフトを有する電気モーター/発電機と、
回転可能なシャフトを有する内燃機関と、
電気モーター/発電機の回転可能なシャフトと関連するサンギアと、内燃機関の回転可能なシャフトと関連する遊星キャリアと、リングギアと、を含む遊星ギア装置と、
遊星ギア装置のリングギアと関連する第1の可動要素および第2の可動要素と、少なくとも一つの駆動輪と関連する第1の固定要素と、内燃機関の回転可能なシャフトと関連する第2の固定要素とを有するクラッチアセンブリと、を具備してなり、第1の可動要素は、第1の可動要素が自由回転する第1の位置と第1の可動要素が第1の固定要素に結合される第2の位置との間で動作可能となっており、第2の可動要素は、第2の可動要素が自由回転する第1の位置と第2の可動要素が第2の固定要素に結合される第2の位置との間で動作可能となっている。

Claims (19)
- 少なくとも一つの駆動輪を備えた車輌のためのハイブリッド式ドライブトレーンであって、
前記ハイブリッド式ドライブトレーンは、
前記車両の少なくとも一つの前記駆動輪に接続された回転可能なシャフトを有する電気トラクションモーターと、
回転可能なシャフトを有する電気モーター/発電機と、
回転可能なシャフトを有する内燃機関と、
遊星ギア装置と、
クラッチアセンブリと、
を具備してなり、
前記遊星ギアは、前記電気モーター/発電機の前記回転可能なシャフトと関連付けられたサンギアと、前記内燃機関の前記回転可能なシャフトと関連付けられた遊星キャリアと、リングギアと、を含み、
前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記遊星ギア装置の前記サンギアと関連付けられた第1の動作可能なシャフトと、前記遊星ギア装置の前記リングギアと関連付けられた第2の動作可能なシャフトと、少なくとも一つの前記駆動輪と関連付けられた固定要素とを有しており、前記第1の動作可能な要素は、第1の回転可能な要素が自由回転する第1の位置と、第1の動作可能な要素が前記固定要素と連結する第2の位置との間で動作可能となっており、前記第2の動作可能な要素は、前記第2の動作可能な要素が自由回転する第1の位置と、前記第2の動作可能な要素が前記固定要素と連結される第2の位置との間で動作可能となっていることを特徴とするハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。 - 前記電気トラクションモーターの前記回転可能なシャフトは、差動装置によって、前記車両の少なくとも一つの前記駆動輪に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記電気モーター/発電機の前記回転可能なシャフトと、前記トラクションモーターの前記回転可能なシャフトとは、同軸となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記固定要素は、前記電気トラクションモーターの前記回転可能なシャフトに取り付けられているプレートによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で前記第1の動作可能な要素を選択的に動作するような構造およびサイズとされた第1のアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータは、電磁コイルを含んでおり、かつ前記第1の動作可能な要素は磁気感受材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で前記第2の動作可能な要素を選択的に動作するような構造およびサイズとされた第2のアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第2のアクチュエータは、電磁コイルを含んでおり、かつ前記第2の動作可能な要素は、磁気感受材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- さらに、前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記内燃機関の前記回転可能なシャフトと関連付けられた第2の固定要素を含んでおり、前記クラッチアセンブリの前記第2の動作可能な要素は、前記第1の位置と、前記第2の位置と、前記第2の動作可能な要素が前記第2の固定要素と連結される第3の位置との間で動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記第1の位置と、前記第2の位置と、前記第3の位置との間で前記第2の動作可能な要素を選択的に動作するような構造およびサイズとされた第3のアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第3のアクチュエータは、第1の電磁コイルと第2の電磁コイルとを含んでおり、前記第2の動作可能な要素は、磁気感受材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第1の電磁コイルは、前記固定要素と関連しており、かつ前記第2の電磁コイルは、前記第2の固定要素と関連していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 少なくとも一つの駆動輪を備えた車両のためのハイブリッド式ドライブトレーンであって、
前記ハイブリッド式ドライブトレーンは、
車両の少なくとも一つの前記駆動輪に接続された動作可能なシャフトを有する電気トラクションモーターと、
回転可能なシャフトを有する電気モーター/発電機と、
回転可能なシャフトを有する内燃機関と、
遊星ギア装置と、
クラッチアセンブリと、
を具備してなり、
前記遊星ギア装置は、前記電気モーター/発電機の前記回転可能なシャフトと関連するサンギアと、前記内燃機関の前記回転可能なシャフトと関連する遊星キャリアと、リングギアとを含み、
前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記遊星ギア装置の前記リングギアと関連する第1の動作可能な要素および第2の動作可能な要素と、少なくとも一つの前記駆動輪と関連する第1の固定要素と、前記内燃機関の回転可能なシャフトと関連する第2の固定要素とを有しており、前記第1の動作可能な要素は、前記第1の動作可能な要素が自由回転する第1の位置と前記第1の動作可能な要素が前記第1の固定要素に結合される第2の位置との間で動作可能となっており、前記第2の動作可能な要素は、前記第2の動作可能な要素が自由回転する第1の位置と前記第2の動作可能な要素が前記第2の固定要素に結合される第2の位置との間で動作可能となっていること特徴とするハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。 - 前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で前記第1の動作可能な要素を選択的に動作するような構造およびサイズとされた第1のアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータは、第1の電磁コイルを含んでおり、かつ前記第2の動作可能な要素は、磁気感受材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第1の電磁コイルは、前記第1の固定要素と関連するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記クラッチアセンブリは、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間で前記第2の動作可能な要素を選択的に動作するような構造およびサイズとされた前記第2のアクチュエータを備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第2のアクチュエータは、電磁コイルを含んでおり、かつ前記第2の動作可能な要素は、磁気感受材料を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
- 前記第2の電磁コイルは、前記第2の固定要素と関連するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載のハイブリッド式ドライブトレーン。
