ハンチントン病に罹患する個体へのアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドの投与

Claims (30)
- SEQ ID NO: 46-357からなる群より選択されるヌクレオチド配列の、少なくとも12個の連続したヌクレオチドを含む、長さ12から35ヌクレオチドのアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
- 前記アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが、SEQ ID NO: 4と少なくとも95%の相補性を有する、請求項1のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
- 前記アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドが、SEQ ID NO: 4と少なくとも100%の相補性を有する、請求項1のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
- 少なくとも1つの修飾されたヌクレオシド間結合、糖部分、または核酸塩基を有する、請求項1のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
- 5'及び3'ウィングセグメント間に位置するギャップセグメントを有するキメラオリゴヌクレオチドを含む、請求項1のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
- キメラオリゴヌクレオチドのギャップセグメントが2' デオキシヌクレオチドを含み、また、ウィングセグメントが修飾された糖部分を有するヌクレオチドを含む、請求項5のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
- 修飾された糖部分が2'-OMe、または二環式核酸である、請求項6のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
- キメラオリゴヌクレオチドのギャップセグメントが10個の2'-デオキシヌクレオチドからなり、また、各ウィングセグメントが5個の2'-O-メトキシエチル-修飾ヌクレオチドからなる、請求項5のアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド。
