Description
ベースフィルム上に透明なITOフィルム基板を結合して上側ITOフィルム基板を用意して、且つ下側FPCB基板を用意する第1工程と、前記第1工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板のパターニングを行う第2工程と、前記第2工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板と前記下側FPCB基板に配向膜を印刷する第3工程と、前記第3工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板に熱硬化接着剤を印刷して、前記下側FPCB基板にスペーサを散布する第4工程と、前記第4工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板と前記下側FPCB基板とをアラインメント結合して、熱圧着する第5工程と、前記第5工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板と前記下側FPCB基板との間に液晶を真空注入する第6工程と、を含んで行われることをその構成上の技術的特徴とする。
Claims (14)
- 上側基板と下側基板とを含んで構成されたプラスチック平板ディスプレイにおいて、
前記下側基板は、前記プラスチック平板ディスプレイに電気信号を供給するFPCB基板で構成されたことを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 前記FPCB基板は、
外部の光を反射する反射板の役割をする電極を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 前記FPCB基板は、
ベースフィルムを具備し、前記ベースフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートまたはポリプロピレンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 前記プラスチック平板ディスプレイは、液晶ディスプレイ、有機ELディスプレイ、及び電子インクのうちの一つ以上に適用して使用することを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック平板ディスプレイ。
- 偏光板が貼り付けられた上側ITO電極基板と、
内部に反射層を有する下側FPCB電極基板と、
前記上側ITO電極基板と前記下側FPCB電極基板との間に介在した液晶と、
を含んで反射型LCDを構成することを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 前記下側FPCB電極基板は、
銅からなる電極を具備し、前記銅の酸化を防止するための表面処理のために、無電解銀メッキ方式を使用することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 偏光板が貼り付けられた上側ITO電極基板と、
内部に反射層を有する下側FPCB電極基板と、
前記上側ITO電極基板と前記下側FPCB電極基板との間に介在したコレステリック液晶と、
を含んでコレステリックLCDを構成することを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 偏光板が貼り付けられた上側ITO電極基板と、
内部に反射層を有する下側FPCB電極基板と、
前記上側ITO電極基板と前記下側FPCB電極基板との間に介在し、二色性染料が混合された液晶と、
を含んでゲスト−ホストLCDを構成することを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 偏光板が貼り付けられた上側ITO電極基板と、
内部に反射層を有し、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)またはポリプロピレン(PP)からなるベースフィルムを有する下側FPCB電極基板と、
前記上側ITO電極基板と前記下側FPCB電極基板との間に介在した液晶と、
を 含んで透過型LCDを構成することを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 前記液晶は、
IPSまたはFF液晶駆動方式によって液晶状態が調節されるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のプラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - ITO電極と発光層とを具備した上側基板と、
前記上側基板の下端に位置し、電子放出を行うFPCB電極を具備した下側FPCB電極基板と、
を含んで有機ELディスプレイを構成することを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - 上側透明電極基板と、
下側FPCB電極基板と、
前記上側透明電極基板と前記下側FPCB電極基板との間で、それぞれ負電荷及び正電荷に帯電されているカプセル化された粒子と、
を含んで電子インクを構成することを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイ。 - ベースフィルム上に透明なITOフィルム基板を結合して上側ITOフィルム基板を用意して、且つ下側FPCB基板を用意する第1工程と、
前記第1工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板のパターニングを行う第2工程と、
前記第2工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板と前記下側FPCB基板に配向膜を印刷する第3工程と、
前記第3工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板に熱硬化接着剤を印刷して、前記下側FPCB基板にスペーサを散布する第4工程と、
前記第4工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板と前記下側FPCB基板とをアラインメント結合して、熱圧着する第5工程と、
前記第5工程の後に、前記上側ITOフィルム基板と前記下側FPCB基板との間に液晶を真空注入する第6工程と、
を含んで行われることを特徴とする、プラスチック平板ディスプレイの製造方法。 - 前記第3工程は、
前記下側FPCB基板において露出された金メッキ領域に、配向膜をコーティングして印刷することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のプラスチック平板ディスプレイの製造方法。
