Abstract
Description
インジウムを含む硫酸亜鉛溶液1リットルをガラス製の攪拌反応装置で75℃の温度に加熱した。反応装置の混合速度は、試験の間中固形物が動いているように調整した。試験開始時の溶液のpHは約1.3、第二鉄濃度は2.3 g/lであった。この後、pH値はウェルツ酸化物を添加(25.01 g添加)して3.0に上昇し、その結果インジウムおよび不純物 (Al, Fe, Zn) が沈殿し始めた。少量のウェルツ酸化物を添加(試験全体を通しての添加量 26.30 g)してpHを一定に保って試験を6 h 継続し、スラリーのサンプルを0.5 h、 1 h、 2 h、 3 h、 4 h および 6 h後に採取した。
前の過程で沈殿した沈殿物を硫酸溶液を用いて浸出したが、これは濃縮インジウム溶液を生成して液−液抽出によってインジウムを回収するためである。残渣浸出試験では、前の沈殿過程からの16.76 gのインジウム含有沈殿物(In濃度0.67%)を希薄硫酸溶液(pH1.0、温度95℃の溶液0.5 l)に攪拌反応装置で混合した。
Claims (8)
- インジウムおよび/またはガリウムなどの少なくとも1つの希少金属を硫化亜鉛精鉱の浸出に関連して回収する方法において、前記硫化亜鉛精鉱の浸出(2)に関連して生成され、鉄および希少金属を含む硫酸亜鉛溶液(4)が中和および沈殿過程(6)にまわされ、該中和過程で該溶液はpHが2.5〜3.5の範囲に中和され、該溶液中の三価の鉄が沈殿し、少なくとも1つの希少金属が該鉄と共沈することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記溶液中の三価の鉄の量が該溶液中の鉄の量の5〜10%に調節され、該三価の鉄の量は該溶液から共沈する少なくとも1つの希少金属を沈殿させるのに必要な量に相当することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、前記溶液は前記中和および沈殿過程(6)で酸化されて十分な量の三価の鉄を形成することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法において、精鉱浸出から出る前記硫酸亜鉛溶液(4)は、ウェルツ酸化物、カルサイン、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カルシウム、酸化カルシウム、およびアンモニアのうちの1つまたは複数の中和剤で中和されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記希少金属はインジウムであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法において、三価の鉄および少なくとも1つの希少金属から生成される残渣が浸出過程(8)にまわされ、該浸出過程では硫酸含有溶液による浸出が行われて前記希少金属が浸出されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法において、前記三価の鉄および少なくとも1つの希少金属の残渣の浸出過程(8)において、三価の鉄の一部が還元剤を用いて二価に還元され、該還元剤は硫化亜鉛精鉱、硫化水素、および硫化ナトリウムのうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5または6に記載の方法において、前記三価の鉄および少なくとも1つの希少金属の沈殿物の浸出過程から得られた溶液が抽出処理(10)にまわされて、少なくとも1つの希少金属が回収されることを特徴とする方法。
