Abstract
Description
本発明に係る機能性食品組成物は、枳実抽出物以外にも三白草抽出物、五味子抽出物、および車前草抽出物からなる群より選択される1種、または2種以上の混合抽出物をさらに含むことができる。
実施例1:水溶媒を用いた抽出物の製造
細切した三白草(乾燥)生薬剤10gに精製水を600cc加えた後、撹はんした。その後、約90℃で10時間抽出し濾液を分離し、上記抽出物を70℃で減圧下10時間濃縮した後、−30℃で凍結乾燥して乾燥粉末を3〜5g得た。
車前草10g、枳実30g、五味子15gを使用したことを除いては同じ方法を用いて、それぞれ車前草4g、枳実12g、および五味子6gを得た。
溶媒として50%エタノールを使用したことを除いては実施例1と同じ方法で、それぞれ乾燥粉末の三白草5g、車前草5g、枳実10g、および五味子7gを得た。
<機能性食品組成物の製造>
実施例1により製造されたそれぞれの生薬植物抽出粉末を三白草、車前草、枳実、および五味子抽出粉末を15:15:46:24の質量%で混合して、アレルギーに効果がある機能性食品組成物を製造した。
三白草、車前草、枳実、および五味子抽出粉末を20:13:53:14の質量%で混合することを除いては実施例3と同じ方法で機能性食品組成物を製造した。
三白草、車前草、枳実、および五味子抽出粉末を13:27:40:20の質量%で混合したことを除いては実施例3と同じ方法で機能性食品組成物を製造した。
三白草、車前草、枳実、および五味子抽出粉末を14:14:57:15の質量%で混合したことを除いては実施例3と同じ方法で機能性食品組成物を製造した。
下記表1は、実施例3〜6から得た機能性食品組成物30gを水200mlに混合したものを毎日3回3ヶ月に亘って飲用後、アレルギーの原因になる可能性がある様々な抗原に対する皮膚反応を観察するアレルギー皮膚反応検査(allergic skin prick test)を行った。臨床対象者の背中や腕の内側面に抗原液(アレルゲン検査試薬:histamine)を落とした後、短刺針(lancet)で表皮まで刺し、標準化された抗原液が表皮まで入り込むようにした後、皮膚反応強度を測定した。
+:膨潤が現れるが、非常に軽微である(紅斑が現れるが、直径が3mm未満)。
++:膨潤の直径が3mm未満であり、紅斑が伴う。
+++:膨潤の直径が3mm〜5mmの間であり、紅斑が現れる。
++++:+++より膨潤の直径が大きく、紅斑が現れる。
実施例7:天然茶の製造
実施例3によって製造された機能性食品組成物10〜20質量%、ビタミンB10.01%、クエン酸0.5質量%、糖類5〜10質量%、および精製水75〜84質量%を混合し、遠心分離機(7500PRM/1.4重力加速度)でろ過した後、これら混合物を135℃瞬間殺菌機で0.5秒間殺菌してレトルトに充填し、121℃で15分間殺菌して天然茶の飲み物を製造した。
本発明に係る生薬抽出粉末の代りに炒めた米の粉末を使用することを除いては実施例7と同じ方法で茶の飲み物を製造した。
実施例7と比較例1の天然茶を、ハウスダスト、ダニ、花粉、ふけなどに対してアレルギー素因を有する患者を対象として1日2回3ヶ月間自由に摂取するようにした後、アレルギー皮膚反応検査(allergic skin prick test)を上記実験例1のように検査した。その結果を表2に示す。
+:膨潤が現れるが、非常に軽微である(紅斑が現れるが、直径が3mm未満)。
++:膨潤の直径が3mm未満であり、紅斑が伴う。
+++:膨潤の直径が3mm〜5mmの間であり、紅斑が現れる。
++++:+++より膨潤の直径が大きく、紅斑が現れる。
Claims (8)
- 枳実抽出物30〜80質量%、三白草抽出物5〜20質量%、五味子抽出物5〜25質量%、車前草抽出物5〜30質量%を含むことを特徴とする機能性食品組成物。
- 上記枳実抽出物、三白草抽出物、五味子抽出物、および車前草抽出物は、それぞれ枳実、三白草、五味子、および車前草生薬植物に、精製水またはアルコール水溶液を各生薬植物質量比の50〜60倍添加して、50〜150℃で1〜10時間抽出して得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性食品組成物。
- 上記アルコールは、30〜70%の低級アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機能性食品組成物。
- 上記機能性食品組成物は、上記生薬の熱水抽出物、またはアルコール抽出物を50〜150℃の条件下で10〜24時間濃縮して得た濃縮液を主成分とし、ここに通常の賦形剤を添加して製造されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の機能性食品組成物。
- 上記機能性食品組成物は、上記生薬抽出濃縮液を−10〜−40℃で3〜20時間凍結乾燥して得られた粉末形態で用いられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の機能性食品組成物。
- 請求項1から5の何れかに記載の機能性食品組成物10〜20質量%および精製水80〜90質量%を含むことを特徴とするアレルギー性疾患に治療効果がある天然茶。
- 枳実、三白草、五味子、および車前草を採集して洗浄および乾燥する段階と、
上記の乾燥した各生薬植物を水、炭素数2〜6の低級アルコール、またはその混合物を各生薬植物の質量当たり50〜60倍を添加し、50〜150℃で1〜10時間抽出する段階と、
上記生薬の熱水抽出物、またはアルコール抽出物を50〜150℃条件下で10〜24時間濃縮する段階と、
上記生薬濃縮液を枳実抽出濃縮液30〜80質量%、三白草抽出濃縮液5〜20質量%、五味子抽出濃縮液5〜25質量%、および車前草抽出濃縮液5〜30質量%を混合する段階とを含むアレルギー治療に効果がある機能性食品組成物の製造方法。 - 請求項1から5の何れかに記載の機能性食品組成物に、上記機能性食品組成物10〜20質量%および精製水80〜90質量%となるように水を添加する段階を含むアレルギー治療に効果がある天然茶の製造方法。
