Abstract
【解決手段】電気絶縁性の基材に配線パターンが多層に配置された配線基板を形成する工程として、熱可塑性樹脂を含み、基材を構成する基材フィルムを複数枚積層し、この積層体を積層方向上下から加圧しつつ加熱することにより、基材フィルムを相互に接着させて基材とする加圧・加熱工程を備えた配線基板の製造方法であって、複数枚の基材フィルムの少なくとも1枚として、繊維をシート状とした繊維シート部材の両表面上に熱可塑性樹脂が配置され、繊維シート部材内に空隙を有しつつ熱可塑性樹脂と繊維シート部材とが一体化された複合フィルムを用いる。

Claims (11)
- 電気絶縁性の基材に配線パターンが多層に配置された配線基板を形成する工程として、熱可塑性樹脂を含み、前記基材を構成する基材フィルムを複数枚積層し、この積層体を積層方向上下から加圧しつつ加熱することにより、前記基材フィルムを相互に接着させて前記基材とする加圧・加熱工程を備えた配線基板の製造方法であって、
複数枚の前記基材フィルムの少なくとも1枚として、繊維をシート状とした繊維シート部材の両表面上に熱可塑性樹脂が配置され、前記繊維シート部材内に空隙を有しつつ前記熱可塑性樹脂と前記繊維シート部材とが一体化された複合フィルムを用いることを特徴とする配線基板の製造方法。 - 前記加圧・加熱工程において、前記基材内に前記空隙が残らないように加圧しつつ加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線基板の製造方法。
- 全ての前記基材フィルムとして、前記複合フィルムを用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の配線基板の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂からなる樹脂フィルムの間に前記繊維シート部材を積層配置して積層体とし、前記繊維シート部材内に空隙が残り、且つ、前記樹脂フィルムと前記繊維シート部材とが一体化されるように、前記積層体をその積層方向上下から加圧しつ加熱して前記複合フィルムとする複合フィルム形成工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の配線基板の製造方法。
- 前記複合フィルムは、前記繊維シート部材に前記熱可塑性樹脂を含浸させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の配線基板の製造方法。
- 前記繊維シート部材は、織布又は不織布であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の配線基板の製造方法。
- 前記繊維シート部材は、ガラス繊維をシート状としたものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の配線基板の製造方法。
- 電気絶縁性の基材に配線パターンが多層に配置された配線基板であって、
前記基材は、熱可塑性樹脂からなる樹脂部と、繊維をシート状とした繊維シート部とが一体化されてなり、
前記基材の厚さ方向において、前記繊維シート部の両表面上に前記樹脂部が配置され、
前記配線パターンは、前記樹脂部に配置されていることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 前記基材の厚さ方向において、複数の前記繊維シート部が、間に前記樹脂部を挟んで多層に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の配線基板。
- 前記繊維シート部は、織布又は不織布であることを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載の配線基板。
- 前記繊維シート部は、ガラス繊維をシート状としたものであることを特徴とする請求項8〜10いずれか1項に記載の配線基板。
