Abstract
【解決手段】操作部材の操作に応じて作動流体に操作圧力を付与する操作圧力付与手段と、作動流体を加圧して当該作動流体に加圧圧力を付与する加圧手段と、操作圧力と加圧圧力との合計圧力により車両が有する車輪に圧力制動力を発生させる制動力発生手段とを有する圧力制動手段2と、車輪に回生制動力を発生する回生制動手段3と、回生制動力を加圧圧力に応じた圧力制動力にすり替えるすり替え制御を実行すると共に、該すり替え制御時に、操作部材が戻された際に制御目標制動力を減少させ、操作部材が戻された後に該操作部材が保持または踏み増しされた際に制御目標制動力を前回の制御目標制動力より小さな値に設定し加圧手段による加圧圧力の増加を禁止する制御手段28とを備える。

Claims (3)
- 操作部材の操作に応じて作動流体に操作圧力を付与する操作圧力付与手段と、前記作動流体を加圧して当該作動流体に加圧圧力を付与する加圧手段と、前記操作圧力と前記加圧圧力との合計圧力により車両が有する車輪に圧力制動力を発生させる制動力発生手段とを有する圧力制動手段と、
前記車輪に回生制動力を発生する回生制動手段と、
前記回生制動力を前記加圧圧力に応じた前記圧力制動力にすり替えるすり替え制御を実行すると共に、該すり替え制御時に、前記操作部材が戻された際に前記回生制動力と前記加圧圧力に応じた前記圧力制動力との合計の目標の制動力である制御目標制動力を減少させ、前記操作部材が戻された後に該操作部材が保持または踏み増しされた際に前記制御目標制動力を前回の前記制御目標制動力より小さな値に設定し前記加圧手段による前記加圧圧力の増加を禁止する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする、
制動装置。 - 前記圧力制動手段は、前記すり替え制御時に前記操作部材が戻された後に該操作部材が踏み増しされた際に前記操作圧力を増加することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の制動装置。 - 前記操作部材の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段と、
前記操作圧力を検出する操作圧力検出手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記すり替え制御の開始後に前記操作部材が戻された際に、現在の前記操作部材の前記操作量に対して許容される前記合計圧力に応じた前記圧力制動力と現在の前記操作圧力に応じた前記圧力制動力との差に基づいて前記制御目標制動力を設定することを特徴とする、
