前記要求制動力に対して不足する制動力に基づいて設定される制御液圧であって、前記ホイールシリンダに生じるホイールシリンダ液圧が前記マスタシリンダ液圧より高くなるように前記マスタシリンダ液圧に加算される制御液圧を設定する制御液圧設定手段と、
前記電気モータを目標回転数で回転させて前記液圧ポンプから前記液圧制御弁の作動に必要なリリーフ流量のブレーキ液を前記液圧制御弁に循環させるとともに、前記液圧制御弁に制御電流を印加することによって、前記液圧制御弁に前記制御液圧を発生させる制御液圧発生装置(31,41,37,47)と、
前記制御液圧の変化に基づいて前記ホイールシリンダに供給されるブレーキ液量と前記リリーフ流量とに基づいてポンプ必要吐出流量を演算し、そのポンプ必要吐出流量に基づいて前記電気モータの目標回転数を設定する目標回転数設定手段と、
を備える車両用ブレーキ装置。 - ブレーキ操作に応じたマスタシリンダ液圧を発生するマスタシリンダ(23)と、
各車輪(FL,FR,RL,RR)に設けられ、ホイールシリンダ(WC1,WC2,WC3,WC4)に前記マスタシリンダからブレーキ液が供給されることによって前記車輪に制動力を付与する車輪ブレーキ装置(22,23,24)と、
前記マスタシリンダと前記ホイールシリンダとの間に接続された液圧制御弁(31,41)と、
前記液圧制御弁と前記ホイールシリンダとの間に吐出ポートが連通され、前記マスタシリンダと前記液圧制御弁との間に吸入ポートが連通された液圧ポンプ(37,47)と、
前記液圧ポンプを駆動する電気モータ(M)と、
前記ホイールシリンダに生じるホイールシリンダ液圧が前記マスタシリンダ液圧より高くなるように前記マスタシリンダ液圧に加算される制御液圧を設定する制御液圧設定手段と、
前記電気モータを目標回転数で回転させて前記液圧ポンプから前記液圧制御弁の作動に必要なリリーフ流量のブレーキ液を前記液圧制御弁に循環させるとともに、前記液圧制御弁に制御電流を印加することによって、前記液圧制御弁に前記制御液圧を発生させる制御液圧発生装置(31,41,37,47)と、
前記制御液圧の変化に基づいて前記ホイールシリンダに供給されるブレーキ液量と前記リリーフ流量とに基づいてポンプ必要吐出流量を演算し、そのポンプ必要吐出流量に基づいて前記電気モータの目標回転数を設定する目標回転数設定手段と、
を備え、
回生制動力を前記車輪に発生させる回生ブレーキ装置(12,16,17)と、
前記ブレーキ操作量に応じた要求制動力を演算する要求制動力演算手段と、
前記マスタシリンダ液圧によって発生する基礎液圧制動力を演算する基礎液圧制動力演算手段と、
前記要求制動力から前記基礎液圧制動力を減算して要求回生制動力を演算する要求回生制動力演算手段と、を備え、
前記制御液圧設定手段は、前記要求回生制動力と前記回生ブレーキ装置が現在発生可能な現回生制動力との差に基づいて前記制御液圧を設定する車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記目標回転数設定手段は、前記目標回転数を前記ポンプ必要吐出流量に相当する必要モータ回転数と前記電気モータがストールしない最低必要回転数とのうち大きい方に設定する車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記目標回転数設定手段は、前記最低必要回転数を前記液圧ポンプにかかる負荷に基づいて設定する車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 請求項3において、
前記目標回転数設定手段が、前記最低必要回転数を前記目標回転数として設定した場合に、前記最低必要回転数から算出したポンプ吐出量から前記ホイールシリンダに供給されるブレーキ液量を差し引いた液圧制御弁通過流量と、該液圧制御弁通過流量毎に異なる前記印加電流と前記制御液圧との相関関係とに基づいて目標となる前記制御液圧が得られる電流値を演算して前記液圧制御弁への印加電流を制御する制御手段を備えた車両用ブレーキ装置。
