도 2는 도 1에 도시한 휠 압력 추정 장치를 일예로 나타낸 블럭 구성도.
도 3의 (a)는 종래 토출유량 모델정보가 적용되지 않은 휠 압력 추정 장치의 휠 압력 추정값을 나타낸 특성 그래프이고, (b)는 본 발명의 토출유량 모델정보가 적용된 휠 압력 추정 장치의 휠 압력 추정값을 나타낸 특성 그래프.
도 4의 (a)는 종래 휠 압력 추정 장치를 이용하여 휠의 압력을 제어하기 위해 마스터 실린더 압력값이 유압 밸브를 통해 인가되는 시점을 나타낸 특성 그래프이고, (b)는 본 발명의 휠 압력 추정 장치를 이용하여 휠의 압력을 제어하기 위해 마스터 실린더 압력값이 유압 밸브를 통해 인가되는 시점을 나타낸 특성 그래프.

Claims (7)
- 전자제어 제동장치로부터 출력되는 제동신호를 입력받고, 감지 장치에서 감지한 브레이크 페달신호와 마스터 실린더 압력값을 입력받는 입력부;
상기 제동신호를 공급받으면, 휠 압력의 추정을 위해 모터펌프의 흡입동작에 의한 모터펌프의 토출유량값을 추정하는 추정부;
상기 브레이크 페달신호의 입력 여부에 따라 운전자의 제동의지가 있는지를 판단하는 판단부; 및
상기 운전자의 제동의지가 있으면, 상기 추정된 모터펌프의 토출유량값에 상기 마스터 실린더 압력값을 적용한 토출유량 모델정보를 이용하여 상기 휠 압력을 다시 추정하도록 상기 추정부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 휠 압력 추정 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 토출유량 모델정보는,
상기 마스터 실린더 압력값이 적용된 상기 모터펌프의 토출유량값을 일정 시간 동안 적분하여 누적되는 토출유량 누적값을 포함하는 휠 압력 추정 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 토출유량 모델정보는,
상기 모터펌프의 토출유량값을 추정하기 위한 토출 효율 상수값과 모터펌프의 단면적값 및 모터의 회전속도값을 포함하고, 상기 마스터 실린더 압력값을 포함하는 휠 압력 추정 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 토출유량 모델정보는,
상기 모터펌프의 토출유량값을 추정하기 위한 토출 효율 상수값과 모터펌프의 단면적값 및 일정 시간 동안의 모터펌프의 이동거리 변화율값을 포함하고, 상기 마스터 실린더 압력값을 포함하는 휠 압력 추정 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 토출유량 모델정보는,
상기 모터펌프의 토출유량값을 추정하기 위한 토출 효율 상수값과 모터펌프의 부피 변화율값 및 모터의 회전수값을 포함하고, 상기 마스터 실린더 압력값을 포함하는 휠 압력 추정 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 토출유량 모델정보는,
상기 모터펌프의 토출유량값을 추정하기 위한 토출 효율 상수값과 모터펌프의 단면적값 및 모터의 편심값과 모터의 회전수값을 포함하고, 상기 마스터 실린더 압력값을 포함하는 휠 압력 추정 장치. - 전자제어 제동장치로부터 출력되는 제동신호를 입력받는 제 1 입력 단계;
상기 제동신호를 공급받으면, 휠 압력의 추정을 위해 모터펌프의 흡입동작에 의한 모터펌프의 토출유량값을 추정하는 제 1 추정 단계;
감지 장치에서 감지한 브레이크 페달신호의 입력 여부에 따라 운전자의 제동의지가 있는지를 판단하는 판단 단계;
상기 운전자의 제동의지가 있으면, 감지 장치에서 감지한 마스터 실린더 압력값을 입력받는 제 2 입력 단계; 및
상기 마스터 실린더 압력값을 공급받으면, 상기 추정된 모터펌프의 토출유량값에 상기 마스터 실린더 압력값을 적용한 토출유량 모델정보를 이용하여 상기 휠 압력을 다시 추정하는 제 2 추정 단계를 포함하는 휠 압력 추정 방법.
