Abstract
【解決手段】シンクSの排水口Saおよび接続部材3を通して投入された生ゴミを破砕する破砕手段4と、破砕手段4によって破砕された生ゴミを横方向に搬送する横搬送手段5と、横搬送手段5を介して搬送された破砕生ゴミを内部に導入し、上方に搬送しつつ脱水する脱水手段6と、脱水手段6を介して排出された破砕生ゴミをシュート9を経て内部に投入し、回転しつつ乾燥させる乾燥手段7と、乾燥手段7の下方に引き出し自在に配置されたゴミ容器Bとから構成され、乾燥手段7によって乾燥されて減容された破砕生ゴミを回転する乾燥手段7から脱落させてゴミ容器に回収する。

Claims (9)
- シンクの排水口と接続部材を介して連通され、シンクの排水口および接続部材を通して投入された生ゴミを破砕する破砕手段と、破砕手段の下方に設けられ、破砕された生ゴミを横方向に搬送する横搬送手段と、横搬送手段を介して搬送された破砕生ゴミを内部に導入し、上方に搬送しつつ脱水する脱水手段と、脱水手段を介して排出された破砕生ゴミをシュートを経て内部に投入し、回転しつつ乾燥させる乾燥手段と、乾燥手段の下方に引き出し自在に配置されたゴミ容器とから構成され、乾燥手段によって乾燥されて減容された破砕生ゴミを回転する乾燥手段から脱落させてゴミ容器に回収することを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記接続部材にシンクの排水口を経て始動スイッチを兼用するゴミ受けが着脱自在に設けられることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記破砕手段が、破砕機と、該破砕機の上方に配置されて、生ゴミを上方から押し付ける押え羽根とから構成されることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記横搬送手段が、周壁に複数個の水抜き穴を形成した略半円筒状の搬送樋と、該搬送樋に配設された回転自在な横搬送スクリューとから構成されることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記破砕手段および横搬送手段が単一の破砕モータによってそれぞれ減速されて、かつ、設定方向に回転駆動されることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記脱水手段に、脱水スクリーン内の水位が一定以上に上昇したことを検出する水位センサが設けられることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記シュートに、脱水手段の排出口に臨んでフラップが垂直軸回りに揺動自在に設けられるとともに、該フラップが排出口を閉鎖するようにスプリングを介して付勢されることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記ゴミ容器に順次乾燥された破砕生ゴミが回収されて満杯になったことを検出する満杯センサが設けられることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
- 請求項1記載の生ゴミ処理装置において、前記脱水手段、乾燥手段、ゴミ容器を収容する本体ケーシングに排気ファンが付設されることを特徴とする生ゴミ処理装置。
