Abstract
【解決手段】先行車両検出装置(14,28)が信号を発生し、かつ先行車両(16)を検出しないか否かを検査し、否の場合、走行速度(vF)が最後に検出された先行車両速度(vVf)より小さい時、自発的制動を終了する、段階を持つ方法を実施するように電気制御装置(24)が構成されている。

Claims (10)
- 自動車用運転者援助システムであって、
(a)自動車の走行速度(vF)の形で走行データを検出する走行速度検出装置(18) 、
(b)自動車(10)の前を走行する先行車両(16)に対する間隔(A)の形で走行デ ータを検出する先行車両検出装置(14,28)、
(c)先行車両16)の先行車両速度(vVf)を検出する先行車両速度検出装置(26 )、及び
(d)所定の制動開始走行データが存在する場合自動車(10)の自発的制動を開始し、 また所定の制動中止走行データが存在する場合自動車(10)の自発的制動を終了 するように設けられている電気制御装置(24)
を有するものにおいて、
電気制御装置が、
(i)先行車両検出装置(14,28)が信号を発生し、かつ先行車両(16)を検出し ないか否かを検査し、
(ii)否の場合、走行速度(vF)が最後に検出された先行車両速度(vVf)より小 さい時、自発的制動を終了する、
段階を持つ方法を実施するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする、運転者援助システム。 - 電気制御装置が、
先行車両検出装置(14,28)が信号を発生するか否かを検査し、
否の場合、自動車(10)が停止するまで、自発的制動の終了を抑制する
付加的な段階を持つ方法を実施するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の運転者援助システム。 - 先行車両速度検出装置(26)が、
走行速度検出装置(18)から走行速度データ(vF)を受信し、
先行車両検出装置(14,28)から間隔データ(A)を受信し、
間隔データ(A)及び走行速度データ(vF)から先行車両速度(vVf)を計算するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の運転者援助システム。 - 先行車両速度検出装置(26)が、ドップラーレーダセンサのレーダ信号から先行車両速度(vVf)を計算するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の運転者援助システム。
- 自動車(10)の走行状態を特徴づける走行データを検出する少なくとも1つの走行データセンサ(20,22)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の1つに記載の運転者援助システム。
- 少なくとも1つの走行データセンサがヨーレイトセンサ(20)又は減速度センサ(22)であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の運転者援助システム。
- 先行車両検出装置(14,28)が多重ビームレーザセンサ(22)及び/又はレーダセンサ特にドップラーレーダセンサを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の1つに記載の運転者援助システム。
- 先行車両検出装置(14,28)がビデオカメラ(14)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の1つに記載の運転者援助システム。
- 電気制御装置(24)が方法を連続的に実施するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の1つに記載の運転者援助システム。
- 請求項1〜9の1つに記載の運転者援助システムを持つ自動車。
