Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置1は、内視鏡50の挿入部52の湾曲部54を湾曲動作させるための湾曲伝達部55が把持部51に設けられ、この把持部51の湾曲伝達部55に接続してこの湾曲伝達部55に駆動力を伝達させる、洗浄槽4に設けられた接続部30と、接続部30を介して内視鏡50の湾曲伝達部55に駆動力を伝達して湾曲部54を湾曲させる先端駆動部21と、圧力検出部105と、漏水検知を行う際に、先端駆動部21を駆動させて湾曲部54を各方向に湾曲させながら、内視鏡50の内部の漏水検知を行うように先端駆動部21を制御するとともに、この漏水検知動作時に、圧力検出部105による圧力と予め設定された閾値とを比較し、この結果に基づいて内視鏡50の内部の漏水の有無を判定する制御部102とを有している。

Description
この挿入部載置槽7には、輪状の挿入部52を所定の距離で離間保持する複数の保持体4aと、中央部に内視鏡50の釦類、鉗子栓等を収容して、この釦類及び鉗子栓等を内視鏡50と共に、洗浄消毒するための図示しない洗浄ケースを設置する洗浄ケース設置部4bとが設けられている。
尚、内視鏡洗浄消毒装置1は、装置本体2に接続された図示しないホースなどにより、水道栓から濯ぎ水として利用される他、洗浄液、及び消毒液を希釈するための水道水が供給される。また、漏水検知を行う場合にも、洗浄槽4内に水道水が貯えられ、この洗浄槽4にに貯えられた水中に内視鏡50が浸漬された状態で、この内視鏡50の内部管路の漏水チェックが行われるようになっている。
図5に示すように、本実施の形態の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置1は、送流部100と、着脱検出部101と、内視鏡洗浄消毒装置1全体を制御する制御部102と、操作部載置槽6に設けられた流体供給ユニット(図示せず)及び内視鏡管路洗浄ブラシユニット設置部5を内視鏡50の各種管路用口金及び処置具挿通管路の管路口金に自動的に着脱可能な自動着脱部103と、先端駆動部104と、圧力検出部105と、結果表示部106と、操作指示部8により主要部が構成されている。
尚、本実施の形態の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置1は、自動的に漏水検知工程を行うオート漏水検知モードと、マニュアルで漏水検知を行うマニュアル漏水検知モードとの双方が実施の可能である。

Claims (5)
- 洗浄槽に内視鏡を収容することで、前記洗浄槽に水を貯えてこの洗浄槽に貯えられた水中に前記内視鏡を浸漬し、前記内視鏡の内部に気体を送り込んで内視鏡の内部の漏水検知を行う内視鏡洗浄消毒装置において、
前記内視鏡の挿入部先端部を各方向に湾曲可能な湾曲部を湾曲動作させるための湾曲伝達部が把持部に設けられ、この把持部の前記湾曲伝達部に接続してこの湾曲伝達部に駆動力を伝達させる、前記洗浄槽に設けられた接続部と、
前記接続部を介して前記内視鏡の湾曲伝達部に駆動力を伝達して前記湾曲部を湾曲させる先端駆動部と、
前記内視鏡の内部の圧力を検出する検出部と、
漏水検知を行う際に、前記先端駆動部を駆動させて前記湾曲部を各方向に湾曲させながら、前記内視鏡の内部の漏水検知を行うように前記先端駆動部を制御するとともに、この漏水検知動作時に、前記検出部による圧力と予め設定された閾値とを比較し、この結果に基づいて前記内視鏡の内部の漏水の有無を判定する制御部と、
を具備したことを特徴とする内視鏡洗浄消毒装置。 - 前記内視鏡の内部の漏水の有無を示す判定結果を表示又は音声によって告知する表示部を設け、
前記制御部は、前記検出部による圧力が前記予め設定された閾値よりも大きい場合には前記内視鏡の内部の漏水が無いものとする比較結果に基づく信号を前記表示部に出力し、前記検出部による圧力が前記予め設定された閾値以下である場合には前記内視鏡の内部の漏水が有るものとする比較結果に基づく信号を前記表示部に出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置。 - 洗浄槽に内視鏡を収容することで、前記洗浄槽に水を貯えてこの洗浄槽に貯えられた水中に前記内視鏡を浸漬し、前記内視鏡の内部に気体を送り込んで内視鏡の内部の漏水検知を行う内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の漏水検知方法において、
前記内視鏡の挿入部先端部を各方向に湾曲可能な湾曲部を湾曲動作させるための湾曲伝達部が把持部に設けられ、この把持部の前記湾曲伝達部に接続してこの湾曲伝達部に駆動力を伝達させる、前記洗浄槽に設けられた接続部と、前記湾曲伝達部とを接続する接続手順と、
前記接続部を介して前記内視鏡の湾曲伝達部に駆動力を伝達して前記湾曲部を湾曲させる先端駆動部を駆動させることにより、前記挿入部先端部を湾曲させる先端部駆動手順と、
漏水検知動作時に、前記内視鏡の内部の圧力を検出する検出手順と、
漏水検知を行う際に、前記先端駆動部を駆動させて前記挿入部先端部を各方向に湾曲させながら、前記内視鏡の内部の漏水検知を行うように前記先端駆動部を制御するとともに、この漏水検知動作時に、前記検出手順による圧力と予め設定された閾値とを比較し、この結果に基づいて前記内視鏡の内部の漏水の有無を判定する制御手順と、
を含むことを特徴とする内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の漏水検知方法。 - 前記内視鏡の内部の漏水の有無を示す判定結果を表示又は音声によって表示部に告知する告知手順を設け、
前記制御手順は、前記検出手順による圧力が前記予め設定された閾値より大きい場合には前記内視鏡の内部の漏水が無いものとする比較結果を前記表示手順により告知させ、前記検出手順による圧力が前記予め設定された閾値以下である場合には前記内視鏡の内部の漏水が有るものとする比較結果を前記表示手順により告知させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の漏水検知方法。 - 洗浄槽に内視鏡を収容することで、前記洗浄槽に水を貯えてこの洗浄槽に貯えられた水中に前記内視鏡を浸漬し、前記内視鏡の内部に気体を送り込んで内視鏡の内部の漏水検知を行う内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の漏水検知方法において、
前記内視鏡の挿入部先端部を各方向に湾曲可能な湾曲部を湾曲動作させるための湾曲伝達部が把持部に設けられ、この把持部の前記湾曲伝達部に接続してこの湾曲伝達部に駆動力を伝達させる、前記洗浄槽に設けられた接続部と、前記湾曲伝達部とを接続する接続手順と、
前記接続部を介して前記内視鏡の湾曲伝達部に駆動力を伝達して前記湾曲部を湾曲させる先端駆動部を駆動させることにより、前記挿入部先端部を湾曲させる先端部駆動手順と、
漏水検知動作時に、前記内視鏡の内部の圧力を検出する検出手順と、
漏水検知を行う際に、前記先端駆動部を駆動させて前記挿入部先端部を各方向に湾曲させながら、前記内視鏡の内部の漏水検知を行うように前記先端駆動部を制御する自動制御手順を含み、この自動制御手順を実行、又はユーザが操作指示部を介して前記先端駆動部を駆動させて前記挿入部先端部を各方向に湾曲させながら、前記内視鏡の内部の漏水検知を目視して確認するマニュアル手順を行うことにより、前記内視鏡の内部の漏水の有無の判定を行う判定手順と、
を含むことを特徴とする内視鏡洗浄消毒装置の漏水検知方法。
