Abstract
【解決手段】歯科用メタル構築物と(メタ)アクリレート材料との間のボンディングのためのボンディング剤及び金属製フレーム構成材の隠蔽のための着色成分を含む、メタル構築物上に塗布するための歯科用補綴用材料であって、この組成物が10Pa・s未満の粘度を有する懸濁液で解決される。

Description
・ 5質量%までのPMMA;
・ 5%までのレオロジー調節剤、例えば熱分解法シリカ;及び
・ 0.2質量%までの安定剤、例えばブチルヒドロキシトルエン(BHT)
を添加することが推奨される。
Claims (10)
- 歯科用メタル構築物と(メタ)アクリレート材料との間のボンディングのためのボンディング剤及び金属製フレーム構成材の隠蔽のための着色成分を含む、メタル構築物上に塗布するための歯科用補綴用材料であって、この組成物が10Pa・s未満の粘度を有する懸濁液であることを特徴とする歯科用補綴用材料。
- 光硬化型の(メタ)アクリレートを基礎とする前装材料と、金属体もしくは二酸化ジルコニウムセラミック体とのボンディングのための、特に請求項1に記載の懸濁液であって、この懸濁液が、1000Pa・s未満の粘度を有し、該懸濁液にオペーク色の外観を与える顔料を有することを特徴とする懸濁液。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の懸濁液であって、メタルフレームがリテンションビーズを有することを特徴とする懸濁液。
- (メタ)アクリレートを基礎とするモノマーを有する、(メタ)アクリレートを含むボンディング剤上に塗布するための、特に請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の光硬化型の懸濁液であって、該懸濁液が10Pa・s未満の粘度を有し、かつ該懸濁液にオペーク色の外観を与える顔料を有することを特徴とする懸濁液。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の懸濁液であって、該懸濁液が2〜7質量%の顔料を有することを特徴とする懸濁液。
- 歯科用の金属製フレームの前装にあたって、液状のボンディング剤層を金属製フレーム上に塗布し、前記層の乾燥後にオペーク色の材料を塗布する前装方法において、前記の液状の層がライトオペーク色に調整されており、かつ既にかるい隠蔽効果を達成するので、ボンディング剤とプレオペーク材との別個の塗布が不要になることを特徴とする方法。
- 特に請求項6に記載の金属製の歯科用フレームの歯冠色前装のための方法において、金属製の歯科用フレーム上に、アンダーカット中の間隙中にも流れ込み、かつオペーク色の層を形成する流動性の材料のボンディング層を塗布することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の方法において、金属表面に対する化学的接着がリン酸エステルもしくは硫黄基を介して行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、オペーク材とコンポジット材への結合が(メタ)アクリレート基を介して行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項6から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法において、硬化が可視光によって行われることを特徴とする方法。
