Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明の機構は、同軸上に配列されたノズル要素を備え、可撓性長尺要素を覆う1または複数の層を、最内部ノズル要素を通り抜ける可撓性長尺状要素の表面に形成するように構成されたノズル構造体と、長尺要素の径に対応し、可撓性長尺要素を制御する案内部材とを含む。案内部材は、長尺要素方向に向かって、第1溶融流路を画成する2つの最内部ノズル要素内の所定位置へと押されるように配設される。案内部材は、長尺要素と案内部材との間に先細空間を供するように構成され、先細空間は、第1溶融流路と流体接続する。

Claims (13)
- 同軸上に配列されたノズル要素を含み、可撓性長尺状要素を覆う1つまたは複数の層を、最内部ノズル要素を通り抜ける可撓性長尺状要素の表面に形成するように構成されたノズル構造体と、前記長尺状要素の径に対応して該長尺状要素を制御する案内部材とを含み、該案内部材は、該長尺状要素方向に、第1溶融流路を画成する2つの最内部ノズル要素の少なくとも部分的に内側の所定位置へと押されるように配設される別個の部材である、押出工具に関連する機構において、
前記案内部材は、前記長尺状要素と該案内部材との間に先細空間を供するように配設され、該先細空間は、第1溶融流路と流体接続して、材料を該長尺状要素上に該先細空間を介して圧縮工具の要領で押し出すことを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。 - 請求項1に記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、1または複数の放射状穴を備えて、第1溶融流路と前記先細空間との間に流体接続をもたらすことを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1または2に記載の機構において、前記先細空間は、前記長尺状要素方向へと延びて先細りになっていることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記先細空間は前記長尺状要素を放射状に囲繞することを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の機構において、ノズルヘッドは第1溶融流路の下流側に第2溶融流路を含み、前記先細空間は第1および第2溶融流路の間に延びていることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、前記長尺状要素に緩接触していることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項6に記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、前記ノズル構造体を通り抜ける前記可撓性長尺状要素の動きに従って所定位置へと進められるように配設されることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、位置決め手段によって前記ノズル構造体内の所定位置へと押されるように配設されることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし6または8のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、解放手段によって前記ノズル構造体内の所定位置から取り出されるように配設されることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、前記可撓性長尺状要素に対して取り付け、および/または取り外しできるように分割可能な部材であることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記案内部材は少なくとも前記最内部ノズル要素の先端部であり、または該案内部材は少なくとも該最内部ノズル要素およびその外隣りのノズル要素の先端部であることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、前記最内部ノズル要素の内側の少なくとも一部、または該最内部ノズル要素および前記外隣りノズル要素の内側の少なくとも一部に配設される別個の部材であることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の機構において、前記案内部材は、あらかじめ前記ノズル構造体の内側に配置されることを特徴とする押出工具に関連する機構。
