Abstract
【解決手段】内周面21に複数のトラック溝22が形成された外側継手部材と、外周面24に複数のトラック溝25が形成された内側継手部材と、外側継手部材のトラック溝22と内側継手部材のトラック溝25との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボール27と、このボール27を収容するポケット29を有するとともに外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介装されるケージ28とを備えた固定式等速自在継手である。最大作動角をとったときに、ボール27が外側継手部材のトラック溝開口端部22aまで転動する。外側継手部材のトラック溝22に、トラック溝奥側からトラック溝開口端部までの硬化層S1を形成する。トラック溝開口端部22aにおける硬化層S1の厚さを他の部位よりも薄くした。

Claims (6)
- 内周面に複数のトラック溝が形成された外側継手部材と、外周面に複数のトラック溝が形成された内側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在してトルクを伝達する複数のボールと、このボールを収容するポケットを有するとともに外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に介装されるケージとを備え、最大作動角をとったときに、ボールが外側継手部材のトラック溝開口端部まで転動する固定式等速自在継手であって、
外側継手部材のトラック溝に、トラック溝奥側からトラック溝開口端部までの硬化層を形成するとともに、トラック溝開口端部における硬化層の厚さを他の部位よりも薄くしたことを特徴とする固定式等速自在継手。 - トラック溝開口端部における硬化層の厚さを0.3〜2.0mmとしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 硬化層の薄くした軸方向範囲を5mm以下としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 内側継手部材のトラック溝及び外側継手部材のトラック溝がそれぞれ円弧部のみで構成されたツェッパ型であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- 内側継手部材のトラック溝及び外側継手部材のトラック溝がそれぞれ円弧部と直線部とで構成されたアンダーカットフリー型であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
- ボール数を3〜8個としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の固定式等速自在継手。
