Abstract
【解決手段】非接触式ポジションセンサ74が検出した位置情報に異常が含まれることを判定する異常判定手段90と、非接触式ポジションセンサ74が検出した位置情報に異常が含まれると判定された場合に、非接触式ポジションセンサ74に代えてロータリエンコーダ72に基づく検出に切り換える切換手段92を備えるため、例えば、非接触式ポジションセンサ74に異常が発生した場合、異常判定手段90がその異常を判定し、非接触式ポジションセンサ74からロータリエンコーダ72に切り換えて制御を実行するため、常に運転者のシフト意思に基づいた正確なシフト位置に切り換えることができる。

Claims (5)
- 運転者のシフト意思を電気的に検出するシフト意思検出手段と、該運転者のシフト意思に基づいて電気的に制御されるシフト駆動手段により、複数のシフト位置のいずれかへ機械的に変位させられるシフト機構と、該シフト機構の機械的変位の位置情報を検出する非接触式の第1位置情報検出手段と、該位置情報に基づいて前記シフト位置を判断するシフト位置判断手段とを、備えるシフト制御装置であって、
前記第1位置情報検出手段とは異なる方法で前記シフト機構の機械的変位の位置情報を検出する第2位置情報検出手段と、
前記第1位置情報検出手段が検出した位置情報に異常が含まれることを判定する異常判定手段と、
前記第1位置情報検出手段が検出した位置情報に異常が含まれると判定された場合に、前記第1位置情報検出手段に代えて前記第2位置情報検出手段に基づく制御に切り換える切換手段を備えることを特徴とするシフト制御装置。 - 前記異常判定手段は、前記第1位置情報検出手段による位置情報と前記第2位置情報検出手段による位置情報との検出結果の差が所定基準より大きい状態が所定時間より長く継続した場合に異常が含まれると判定することを特徴とする請求項1のシフト制御装置。
- 前記位置情報は回転角度であり、前記第1位置情報検出手段は、磁石の回転角度を連続的に検出する非接触式回転角センサであり、
前記第2位置情報検出手段は、前記シフト機構のシャフトの回転変位量に応じてパルスを出力するロータリエンコーダであることを特徴とする請求項1または2のシフト制御装置。 - 前記シフト駆動手段は、前記第1情報検出手段から出力されるポジション電圧に基づいてフィードバック制御されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つのシフト制御装置。
- シフト切換中以外に前記異常判定手段によって前記第1位置情報検出手段の異常が検出されると、それ以降のシフト切換を実行しないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つのシフト制御装置。
