Claims (10)
- アミン、ポリ-アミン、ポリアミノアミド、ポリウレタン及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれた窒素含有前駆体とエピハロヒドリンの反応を伴って窒素含有エピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液を生成する前記エピハロヒドリンポリマーの製造方法であって、その方法がエピハロヒドリンポリマーの生成された溶液から有機不純物を除去するための精製工程を含み、前記精製工程がエピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液を液体条件、超臨界条件又は近超臨界条件下で流体と接触させて前記エピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液から流体への有機不純物の抽出を行ない、有機不純物に富む流体をエピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液から取り出し、抽出された不純物を取り出された流体から分離することを含み、前記流体が大気圧かつ室温(約25℃)でガス状である物質を含むことを特徴とする上記製造方法。
- アミン、ポリ-アミン、ポリアミノアミド、ポリウレタン及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれた窒素含有前駆体とエピハロヒドリンの反応により生成された窒素含有エピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液の精製方法であって、前記エピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液を液体条件、超臨界条件又は近超臨界条件下で流体と接触させて前記エピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液から流体への有機不純物の抽出を行なう工程、有機不純物に富む流体を前記エピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液から取り出す工程、及び抽出された不純物を取り出された流体から分離する工程を含み、前記流体が大気圧かつ室温(約25℃)でガス状である物質を含むことを特徴とする上記精製方法。
- 前記流体が二酸化炭素である、請求項1から2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記エピハロヒドリンポリマーがポリアミノアミド-エピハロヒドリンポリマーである、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記有機不純物が有機ハロゲン含有不純物を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ハロゲン含有不純物がエピハロヒドリンとその反応生成物の少なくとも一種を含む、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記エピハロヒドリンの反応生成物が1,2-ジクロロ-2-プロパノール及び1,3-ジクロロ-2-プロパノール並びに3-クロロ-1,2-プロパンジオールの少なくとも一種を含む、請求項5から6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記エピハロヒドリンポリマーの溶液が水溶液である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 抽出が約10℃から約200℃までの温度で起こる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 抽出が約40バールから約500バールまでの圧力で起こる、請求項1から9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
