Claims (6)
- セラミック材料で形成された粒子であって、
(a)≧0.930の真球度と、
(b)≦10%の相対標準偏差で20μmと6000μmの間の直径と
を特徴とし、ここで前記セラミック材料がCeO 2 を10〜30質量%含有するセリウム安定化酸化ジルコニウムである粒子。 - 真球度が≧0.960、特に≧0.990であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粒子。
- 各ケースで≦5%、好ましくは≦4%、特に≦1%の相対標準偏差で100〜2500μmの直径を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の粒子。
- ≦3.5%の相対標準偏差で300〜2000μmの直径を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粒子。
- 6100〜6250g/cm3の見かけの粒子密度を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の粒子。
- 微粉砕機、特に高性能微粉砕機の粉砕体としての、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の粒子の使用。
