Claims (9)
- フィルター設備、特に、海水のフィルター設備であって、
生物により汚染された流体を輸送することができる少なくとも1つの流体配管(18、20)と、
前記流体配管内に挿入され、フィルターハウジング(10)内に少なくとも1つのフィルターエレメント(22)を備える、フィルター手段(54)と、
生物による汚染を浄化する浄化剤と、を備え、
前記生物による汚染を浄化する浄化剤が、フィルターハウジング(10)内に導入することができる不活性ガス又は特殊金属のような作用物質を含むことを特徴とする、
フィルター設備。 - 前記不活性ガスが窒素ガスであって、前記窒素ガスが、少なくとも1つの貯蔵ボトル(56)から供給することができ、ろ過を完了した後に、各フィルターエレメント(22)を備える前記フィルターハウジング(10)の内部を洗浄する、請求項1に記載のフィルター設備。
- 前記貯蔵ボトル(56)内の不活性ガスが高圧で供給され、浄化運転中に前記フィルターハウジング(10)を洗浄して空にする、請求項2に記載のフィルター設備。
- 銅が、前記特殊金属として使用され、少なくとも1つの犠牲陽極(64)の形態で前記フィルターハウジング(10)内に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルター設備。
- 装填された前記フィルターエレメント(22)の少なくとも一部に、前記各犠牲陽極(64)が収容された、請求項4に記載のフィルター設備。
- 前記フィルター手段(54)が、少なくとも1つの同心通路に配置された各フィルターエレメント(22)を備え、各フィルターエレメント(22)が、生物で汚染されたろ過される流体用の1つのフィルター入口(18)と、ろ過された流体用の1つのフィルター出口(20)とを備える前記フィルターハウジング(10)内で、相互に交換可能に収容され、
流体の流れが、ろ過又は逆洗のためにフィルターエレメント(22)を両方向に通過することができ、
フィルターエレメント(22)の一部でろ過を行うと同時に、他のフィルターエレメント(22)のうち少なくとも1つを、有効ろ過表面を洗浄するために逆洗することができ、
逆洗のために駆動可能な洗浄アーム(30)を備え、前記洗浄アーム(30)が、汚れた流体を排出する1つの流体出口(32)を有し、前記洗浄アーム(30)が、フィルターエレメント(22)の自由入口断面(24)の下で順番に動くことができる、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のフィルター設備。 - 前記流体出口(32)が、制御可能な遮断弁(42)を備え、流れ方向下流の他の流体配管(44)中に逆止弁(46)を備え、前記逆止弁が、開放位置で、外気(48)を前記他の流体配管(44)に接続する、請求項6に記載のフィルター設備。
- 前記フィルターエレメント(22)の少なくとも一部が、円錐状に形成された、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のフィルター設備。
- 1つの流体配管(18、20)を通って送られる、生物で汚染された流体が、フィルター手段(44)のフィルターハウジング(10)内の各フィルターエレメント(22)によってろ過され、前記流体の生物による汚染を浄化する浄化剤が、不活性ガス及び/又は金属等の作用物質を放出する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルター設備の運転方法。
