Description
− US−A−6,089,828はアルミニウム合金および青銅で形成された耐候被覆のガス管要素に関する形態を教示している。

Claims (11)
- 使用の間に圧力下にて酸素と接触することが可能で、被覆が少なくとも1つの被覆層を表面に5mmより小さいか、または5mmと等しい厚さで得るように少なくとも前記表面の一部に噴射材料の熱噴射によって製造される、鋼または鋼合金から作られる装置品目または装置品目の要素を製造する方法であって、前記噴射材料がニッケルまたはニッケルと銅の合金から選択されることを特徴とする方法。
- 被覆は0.1mm〜5mmの厚さで生成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記要素または前記装置品目は鋼、鋳鉄またはステンレス鋼から作られることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記要素または装置品目は、空洞または内部通路を有し、かつ前記被覆は前記空洞または前記内部通路の内壁の少なくとも一部になされることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の方法。
- 前記噴射材料は、ニッケル、または60重量%以上の銅を含み、残部がニッケルであるニッケル/銅合金であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の方法。
- 前記被覆は、ブローンプラズマ、APSまたはHVOFによって作られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の方法。
- 前記被覆は、キャリアガスとしてアルゴン、水素、ヘリウムおよび窒素から選択されるガスを用いるブローンプラズマによって作られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の方法。
- 被覆は、全酸化第2材料の追加の保護層、好ましくは追加のセラミック層で作られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の方法。
- 前記要素または前記装置品目は、バルブ本体、回転部品または配管の要素を含む装置、気体酸素配管のいくつかの他の品目から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8いずれか記載の方法。
- 鋼または鋼合金から作られる本体を備える使用の間に圧力下にて酸素と接触すべき設計される装置品目または装置品目の要素、特に配管の要素において、ニッケルまたはニッケルおよび銅の合金から選ばれる材料で、前記本体表面の少なくとも一部を覆う少なくとも1つの被覆層を備え、前記被覆層は5mmより小さいか、または5mmと等しい厚さを有することを特徴とする装置品目または装置品目の要素。
- 酸素が圧力下で輸送される少なくとも1つの酸素配管を使用する圧力下で酸素を輸送する方法において、請求項10または請求項1ないし9いずれか記載の方法によって得られた装置品目または装置品目の要素は前記配管上に供され、かつ前記配管内を循環する圧力下の酸素と接触される方法。
