Abstract
Description
工具を直線回転運動可能とする複数の可動軸と、軸を駆動するための複合駆動装置とを有し、該駆動装置を利用して、複合駆動装置によって駆動される軸により直線回転運動が実行可能な工具ヘッドによって解決される。
Claims (7)
- 工具(6)を動かすための工具ヘッドであって、
工具(6)を直線回転運動可能とする複数の可動軸(2、4、5、8、11)と、
軸を駆動するための複合駆動装置(10)とを有し、
該複合駆動装置を利用して、複合駆動装置(10)によって駆動される軸(11)によって直線回転運動が実行可能である工具ヘッド。 - 1つの軸が揺動軸(5)として構成され、複合駆動装置(10)が揺動軸(5)を利用して揺動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の工具ヘッド。
- 1つの軸が直線軸(2)として構成され、複合駆動装置(10)が直線軸(2)を利用して直線運動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の工具ヘッド。
- 複合駆動装置(10)によって駆動される軸(11)の直線運動と回転運動が同時に実行可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の工具ヘッド。
- 請求項1から4の1つに記載の工具ヘッドを備えた工作機械、生産機械および/又はロボット。
- 工具を動かすための工具ヘッドの軸(11)を駆動することへの複合駆動装置(10)の使用方法であって、複合駆動装置(10)によって駆動される軸(11)によって直線回転運動が実行可能である使用方法。
- 請求項1から4の1つに記載の工具ヘッドで工具(6)を運動案内するための方法において、
複合駆動装置(10)によって駆動される軸(11)を利用して工具の高加速度の直線運動成分を実質的に実行し、他の1つの軸(2)によって工具(6)の低加速度の直線運動成分を実質的に実行することによって、工具(6)の直線運動の分割を行うことを特徴とする方法。
